Superdry - Solihull Recensioni 

I ordered a winter coat for my Daughter , when it arrived it was too small. My husband took it back to a Superdry store but they did not stock the coat..The young lady offered to get a replacement the next size up on line and even had it delivered to my house. The coat arrived after only 2 days. Excellent service.

I purchased some items on 25.12.25, and the delivery time was scheduled for two days. However, the parcel was delivered much later than expected. When I visited the shop to inquire about the status of my order, the staff very polite) unfortunately had no information regarding my parcel.

I only received the notification for collection on 07.01.26. Unfortunately, I am currently not in the country, so I am unable to collect the parcel from the shop.

I am very disappointed with the delivery delay and the lack of tracking information provided during this time.

Disappointed that my size was not in store however assistant helped with sizes and it was ordered and delivered to home easily

Excellent friendly service will definitely shop again at that outlet

No one came to ask if I needed any help as I was looking through costs I tried few on asked the girl if they had one in the black shrugged and said don’t know I did say she wasn’t very helpful but just ignored comment I left the shop came back bout half hour later as I did try one on that I liked I brought coat £109 they put in bag got outside paper bag ripped service in their was terrible felt ignored

It was excellent - great customer service too - I’ve of the products didn’t fit me and so I took it back to a SUPERDRY shop where they refunded me.

The staff at the shop are superb - it’s my second visit there and they are brilliant each time I’ve been.

I really like Superdry clothing but it does seem to come up very small. I have had to return my last two purchases for a bigger size.
Ok, in future I’ll just size up but why not just get it right in the first place.

I purchased two items, the Quilted Estate Coach Army Khaki and Merchant Wool Blend Charcoal Herringbone. The service was fantastic and the Touchwood Solihull store branch had excellent range. I had vouchers to use, and the store assistant was very patient, kind and professional. I would recommend!

Staff were very helpful. Was able to buy what I wanted.

I needed a grey top [no I'm not eighty nor am I an ageing schook kid] and I actually managed to find one! It goes well with my black Rodd & Gun jeans! A great match!!👍😃

The shop assistant pull a face and become upset when you return items
As they need scan the items

Always buy my coats/jackets from Superdry because of the high quality material, zips and warmth also the fit. Just bought a sweater from the Solihull branch and again Excellent quality wirh excellent customer service. Just a shame alot of the shops closed.

Superdry Touchwood, Solihull always provide great service, The whole range of products I find are great quality, fit me well so much so I don’t tend to shop anywhere else.
