Superdry - Rushden Lakes Recensioni

Good quality product if a little expensive

Matt and Doug in the Rushden Lakes store were absolutely spot on. Excellent customer service! I couldn’t fault them!

Both members of the team (one assisted with changing room, one served at the counter) had great customer service and were very helpful. I gave my email for the receipt and so from that the server knew my first name and gave a pleasant ‘have a nice day’ remark using my name as I left. Made the shop pleasantly personal.

I went into Superdry Rushden lakes to check a gift voucher I'd received November 2024 for my 40th, and to check the balance, the manager at the till tried a few times but nothing came up on the tills and advised this usually meant the gift voucher had experied. Initially disappointed Katrina the deputy manager took it up herself to call customer services, which were closed, that wasn't helpful for anyone. Katrina took the gift voucher details, my name and number and said she would call Customer Service again and once she had an update would contact me.

The following day, Katrina called to advise, the gift card had actually been purchased in 2022, I was shocked and thinking ah well that's that then I've lost out on £60, no no, Katrina went above and beyond and transferred the £60 onto a new gift card.

Thrilled and overwhelmed at the kindness and genuine care shown. Restoring faith that there are people that still genuinely care about their customers 😊 I can't thank you enough , you truly are awesome and passionate about your job and servicing your customers.

Customer service brilliant, friendly staff.

Ladies at the Rushden lakes really pleasant and helpful

My size vest wasn't in Rushden Lakes - bloke at the till kindly ordered one for me at no extra cost. Delivery took 2 days.

Excellent service xx

As with most SD clothing I normally need to buy the next size up, so I needed to return an item. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and as a result ended up spending £160 more!

Super soft textile and perfect artwork for a visit to surfers paradise in November

The lady who served me was so lovely and helped me find the shirt I was looking for, very friendly staff and gorgeous top I’m so happy with !

Whilst shopping with my daughter at the rushden lakes store today
I must say Petrina was something else,
Amazing lady , thank you for all your help sorting out my teenage daughter.

The young person in a store was totally not focused on customer service. Every her answer was "all we have is exposed"
Not the way we like shopping. Better would be to shop online

Easy to find things you wanted and good customer service

The young lady at the check our was really friendly and helpful.

Went here with my 2 daughters and dog on the 28th June and was looked after by Petrina. She went above and beyond to look after us and pointed out the coolest place for our dog to wait whilst my daughters tried on their clothes. Top customer service and a credit to Superdry Rushden lakes.

Staff found extra sizes from back. Helpful and efficient. Thanks

employees were very nice and welcoming

Great store layout, variety of clothing & accessories.

My daughter was in store on sunday with a friend and tried a dress on. She came out to show her friend the dress. Her friend was not their was and said to the lady manning the dressing room I better get changed and she said yes you better and pointed to my daughter tummy area and laughed at her. Shameful behaviour
