Visited the Plymouth store in The Mall. Great service from the young man and his colleague on the top floor. A few times now he has made my shopping experience enjoyable. Sorry, I didnt get his name.

Mostly a good experience.
Store was easy to find. It was well laid out with plenty of choices in men’s sizes.
Staff were friendly too.
The only thing that detracted from my shopping experience was the volume of music within the shop.
I like a bit of music while shopping and the genre playing suited the shop style but it was so loud it became intrusive and distracting. So much so I couldn’t wait to leave the shop so grabbed the item I initially went in for and left rather than browsing further or going upstairs to look at the woman’s section .
