The young man who served me was very helpful, he helped me find what I wanted and showed a lot of ariemfry

There were no Staff there to help me when l arrived ? So not a very good impression

Items are for a gift, but I know quilty is good. Staff were also helpful.

Love the clothes line for men and woman, especially with an Asian feel. Shop staff always friendly with a smile.

Unfortunately, the SuperDry shop in Drake Circus,Plymouth is starting to resemble, Sports Direct. In that there's so much stock on display, that it's hard to find what you want. Having said that. The staff were lovely, and very professional. 5 stars.

I had purchased the wrong size t shirts for my son in law and took them back to exchange for the right size
All completed quickly and competently by a very pleasant assistant

M daughter saw a coat online so we came into store to try it on and check size. You had all the sizes and we spent ages trying different sizes to compare. We were the only ones in the store and the ladies upstairs didn’t come and speak to us or check we were ok, one made me jump and I joking said you scared me, she ignored me and was quite rude. We finally decided which coat to get and we must have been there 30 minutes and then couldn’t find anyone upstairs to take our payment so went downstairs where the lady was super lovely and helpful. The coat is perfect and we were happy you had the sizes we wanted but some staff need to remember importance of customer service!

Very friendly assistant

I found an aviator jacket i wanted in my size and it fitted so well. Great quality as well.

After 9 days of waiting the courier lost my parcel still waiting for my 600 quid refund. What a shambles.

A rare gem

I recently visited a Superdry store in Plymouth. There was a Fuji Lite that attracted my attention. Unfortunately, my particular size and colour of choice was out of stock. But the staff members at this store were very professional and helpful in helping to order this particular jacket for me. It was a seamless and very personal service. I strongly recommend visiting the Plymouth store. I'm now the happy wearer of a Fuji Lite jacket

The guy in the Plymouth shop was really helpful they didn’t have what I wanted in the store told me I could get it on line then said don’t worry I will order it for you with free delivery to my home so I was well pleased

Gave me 10% discount after my complaint.
