Frustrated, no delivery, no information
Hello. I have paid for an item that hasn’t been delivered. The delivery company Hermes, has asked me to get in contact with Superdry because it’s been over 12 working days since I placed the order. Both Superdry and Hermes notified me that the item has been dispatched, moneys have been taken from by bank yet still no item has been delivered. If I hadn’t taken considerable time to contact both Superdry and Hermes (both automated complaints systems were time consuming and cumbersome to navigate) I would still be waiting for the item to be delivered believing that it was going to be delivered any day and no one would have contacted me to provide me with any information. The item is expensive and this has been a real hassle for me and I will not be ordering any mode items from Superdry again

I was expecting a parcel from superdry yesterday to my local pickup newsagents
Delivery was by Hermes
But it wasn’t as Hermes decided to
Send back as apparently I no longer needed parcel
Complete lie
I’m sharing the blame with superdry as they use a delivery company that charge £6 connection fee if you want to talk to a person
Superdry 48 hrs to answer my complaint

Product as described. Slightly snug for a medium but nice fit. Pkg arrive well before indicated date, which was a bonus but didn't do much for planning. On the whole very happy.
