Great customer service
I didn’t ask her name but the lady in the Ashford branch was very helpful as i did not know that i could get items delivered to the store or to my home address and that is very convenient. i genuinely like a lot of the Superdry designs so win win.

The staff were so friendly ,polite and helpful. The man helped me pick the perfect size and colour clothes. Didn't rush me at all. I have never had a shopping experience like that. I felt he just understood my style and got where I was coming from. My clothes folded with care and put into the bag. Honestly, I felt like I was the only person in the store for my time there. 5 star without question.

Superdry Superb
Superdry t shirts are so easy to iron and wash they look great for a long time & importantly don't shrink. Love Superdry have 3 jackets, T's & 3 hoodies.

Didn't managed to get the name of the staff at ashford outlet superdry
My husband wanted a specific jacket and that was the last small size.
The staff went extra to help us find that jacket.
She was extremely pleasant as well.

Great choice of coats
Got a great coat from the outlet shop in Ashford. Lots to choose from but the shop is so crammed it’s quite hard to move about and see everything. Staff aren’t very friendly but I was happy with the price and choice.
