The shop service was very good

The shop service was very good.
Delivery was terrible Evri throw parcel over the hedge/gate and it landed in a puddle. It was found by the local post man who delivered it to me. Very soggy so placed on radiator to dry.
Not happy with delivery.

Thankyou

I made a purchase of a new coat online & brought it back into store to return sue to it being too long
- simple easy & straight forward, the salesman was helpful and friendly (guy with the glasses & dark hair )
A big Thankyou for making not making it a palarva! Made it so easy!

Bought ski jacket online,the size was correct but the sleeves were way too long. Had to return it,very easy and efficient way to get a refund.The jacket itself is great,very light and cosy.sad that cant keep it
