The assistant found what I was looking for, although the size needed was not in stock it was ordered and delivered to my home very quickly

Really enjoyed shopping in this store. Really helpful staff, great quality items. Wanting to return now.....this was by first experience shopping at Superdry.

I’m terrible for picking for age males I gave myself my daughter and the worker a choice to pick for collage 18 male one coat each myself and the worker chose the same coat and that is how we picked which one was gonna be brought made my day so much easier

Ordered a jacket online, and picked up from store, when I got it and tried on, it wasn't what I was looking for. You returned to the store and got a full refund. Everything was very smooth and easy to sort, from the ordering to returning the item. Very pleased with the service.

Lovely shop and great coat as a present but ur losing 1 star for the fact after spending £120 on a coat I got charged 10p for a paper bag then I went primark spend £60 and got 2 free paper bags haha

I knew what I was looking for and found it easily. And was served at a till by a very pleasant well spoken young lady. Very pleased with my purchase and I’m sure it will give me many years of use.

I bought a jacket for my husband as a surprise, the staff member on duty at the shop was really good and tried the jacket for me so I could see if the sizing was good. He had to try most sizes and he made sure that I found the perfect size. I think that not a lot of people would take that time and physically helping a costumer . Really grateful for his help. My husband loved the jacket and the size is perfect

Bought myself a lovely jacket,which is of superb quality and very comfortable.

Purchase was just what I wanted with a nice discount too, the service was great too.

Staff were all busy keeping the store looking clean and organised even though it was packed and had clearly been a busy day.
