Bought tops for my partner in store staff where very friendly also very helpful had to take one back to change size and where exchanged no problem

It’s a gift for Xmas so not worn yet!!!!

But the service from the Superdry shop in Newcastle was first class - the young man serving us was attentive and very helpful.

He ordered the coat for us on line and it was delivered to my door 2-3 days later. Absolutely great.

I bought something online, it wasn't the right size ,went to the shop to exchange, nothing it was a problem. I was ready for a 1000 questions but it was straightforward and the staf ,from Eldon square was lovely. That was 2/12/23 in the morning.

Staff are brill very helpfull

Coat looks lovely, love the colour, thinner than I thought it would be on the sleeves but still nice & warm

I went to store but the biggest size is 2xl I needed a 3xl so had to order online after trailing to town to get one in store.

Helpful assistant. Knowledgeable on ordering things that they didnt have in stock which were then delivered promptly.

I saw a jumper online but it wasnt in store. The store staff kindly advised on similar fitting garments so I could try for size and advised on the online booking process. I ordered my jumper and it was there the following day. The whole process was easy and quick 🙂
