Not impressed
Where do I start? Bought a jacket for my daughter it was too small. So called livingston shop to see if I can do a straight swap? Told yes No problem. Goes down tell the girl on the till I asked on phone to swap told yes. So I said I'm wanting a straight swap like for like just the next size up. She then said we have the next size in stock. So off my daughters go to get it and put it up on the till to be told that'll be £94.99 please. I've put it through as a refund on your card. I forgot you wanted to do a straight swap. I told her this was no good I didn't have my card with me to buy another 1 and needed it for my daughter for school. The manager then comes over calls CS to be told nope you have to repurchase it. This now left my daughter without a new jacket for school through staff incompetence.

Quick easy delivery, clear website. Unfortunately had to return to a store which was located in Livingston. Staff were excellent, pleasant and helpful.

Due to increasing costs for delivery and returns we have made the difficult decision to charge for these services. We do offer Click and Collect as a free service subject to the item being available for delivery from our UK warehouse, however if it is being delivered from our warehouse in Belgium a delivery fee will apply. We do offer free returns to a Superdry store. Thanks again for taking the time to give us your feedback. We use all feedback to learn and improve.
