The wrong item entirely came
The wrong item entirely came and I couldn’t find an option to return it for a replacement so instead I’m having to go out if my way to be sent return it by post just for a refund when it was incorrectly sent. I normally rate super dry very highly but I have to say I’m really disappointed, accidents happen but I should have been able to find a way to resolve other than process a refund then rebuy..which sadly I won’t be doing as I’m scared the wrong item will turn you again as it was due to an incorrect barcode on the item

Regrettably, it would appear that human error has resulted in this not being picked up during the picking and packing process, resulting in an incorrect item being sent out.

A little small
Ordered two items both came with the right label but probably 1 Size smaller so order a size bigger than you need… other than that good quality kit.

It was very easy to place an order…
It was very easy to place an order online. I was surprised at how prompt the trainers arrived. One thing I will say is if you are a half size like me, I would go up to the next full size. The footwear can be narrow at times and thus not allowing you to wear the appropriate socks (if you wear them). I'm happy I made the decision to go from 5.5 to 6 which is something I never do as these trainers run small for me. Vegan footwear is very new for me, however, so far, I am impressed with the quality and style of both trainers.

I am sorry for the issues with your order.
It was refunded by our warehouse, but the courier Royal Mail also marked both parcels as delivered, so from there the tracking stops, so we are unable to see the reason they would have returned this to us.

One of the best materials Parka
One of the best materials of this Parka. Color, softness, steaches, feel is great. Will buy again in different color. I have to take XL instead of X as the make for Superdry size is always a size small. Highly recommended.

High quality clothing brand
High quality clothing brand! I recieved the items very quickly even though we are living in hard time due to Covid19. They are offering a 10% discount and they give free delivery and return.
They sell lovely vintage style jumper. I bought a Super Lux Diamond Rib Crew Jumper, it has an amazing fit and colours but unfortunately I returned it because the wool caused me a itchy feeling to my skin. I kept the other jumper it was simply perfect😉
