Jersey polo shirt I bought very good quality and in the colour combination I was looking for. The assistant in the shop was extremely friendly and helpful. Once the size had been sorted, it was necessary to order as the colour wasn’t available in store. Hermes delivered the item vey quickly

Second pair of legging bought and both pairs writing coming off side. They were two different pairs as well. Very disappointed customer service have been good and acted quickly. Always buy from here but won't be buying anymore leggings

Fast service, good communication. Slightly annoying as the goods often come from different warehouses so the delivery gets split but apart from that, very good. In-store paperless refund was a very quick process and you instantly get an email confirming the the amount due .
