Good customer service, wrong colour
The corduroy trousers I ordered were not the shade of orange I expected based on the photos online which is why I didn’t give 5 stars and had to return them. They were easy to collect and return to the store and they seemed good quality, though I didn’t take them out of the packaging when I saw the colour so I can’t be sure. The repayment took only a day which was good. Overall the customer service was good but I could only give four stars since the photos online were misleading.

Love love love superdry. Clothes are quality and when I have to take something back I go to Leamington spa superdry and they're so friendly and make the whole thing very easy.

When I visited the shop, it was well set out, very organised and clean. I found the manageress at Leamington spa branch and her staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this shop..,
