Christmas presents

Bought three items for presents for christmas and was very happy with them.good quality,1 item was a bit big so I took it back to the shop and exchanged for a smaller size was no problem staff very helpful at lakeside.

Lovely coat

My daughter loved her coat — it’s on trend and competitively priced. We needed to exchange it for a larger size, and the process was quick and straightforward.

New Jumper

I went in to get some new top and jumper. The top was exactly what I was after but the size I wanted (large) was out of stock. The assistant was super helpful and advised me that the next size up would probably fit as the out of stock would have been slightly tight. It was a perfect fit.
