Efficient systems of ordering and billing. That’s said, I did not realise Superdry sizes were generally smaller than normal sizes so although I ordered XXL I need XXXL which sadly isn’t available.

Fingerless gloves just as described
Gloves were as described. Seem to be decent quality and were great value at their sale price.
The staff member didn’t seem much bothered but my click and collect purchase worked fine and was quite quick.

Christmas time purchasing
1. Discount in shop is not matched when purchased online, there should be a provision to provide best price to consumer irrespective of online or offline mode.
2. Not all colors where available in the store.
3. The item was delivered quickly, which I appreciate.

Fantastic brunch
Recently I visited one of the branches outside of London.they didn't have the size I wanted, so they ordered it for me. However, I received the wrong item. I took my parcel to the Kingston branch to exchange my item with what I really wanted. Thank you so much to Javoun for sorting this out for me with a smile, patiently, and kindly. He is fabulous 👌
