Staff not very happy

Store was laid out well. But the staff in the ladies section could at least pretend to be happy about serving people. Serving me seemed an inconvenience

A good experience …

I've been in the shop twice recently and the two young ladies couldn't have been more helpful and patient. As a 77 year old with a walking stick in a shop that I feel it's more of a young person's shop l wasn't made to feel uncomfortable at all which can happen.
The first time one of the items I wanted didn't have the size in so the young lady ordered it for me which arrived in no time.

Huge Superdry store

I’d never entered a Superdry store before.
I saw three staff around the store, all pleasant young women sorting/tidying the stock. I was there to pick up my order, a dress I’d seen online. I asked if I could try it on and was shown where fitting rooms are. Perfect dress, just what I was looking for. I found it odd that having looked at stock in this huge place - there was nothing else for sale similar to what I was buying. I’d always thought as a 76 old old, the Superdry stock wasn’t really for me. There were no people in the store besides staff and myself.

Full zip top - no hood!

The goods were a very good quality, organic cotton and recycled polyester! The store order it online snd it was delivered to my address - no problem!
