My son recieved a shirt for a Christmas present which was too large. When we wanted to exchange it for a smaller size but we were told they could only do it with a gift receipt. The receipt was not given with the present. I find this strange as it's a superdry branded t shirt with the tags still attached. I only wanted to swop for a smaller size. Very disappointed in the brand and will rather shop elsewhere.

There was limited sizes & limited styles.

The sales assistant was excellent. Came over to us in the shop as we were wandering round a bit lost. Guided as to what we were looking for, helped with gift receipts etc was so pleasant nothing too much effort

Ordered it as a gift online after I couldn't get the preferred colour in the right size in-store (there was also an additional discount online, which was a bonus). Item was delivered to store quickly and the staff was very efficient and helpful. Great experience and the gift was well received.

Such poor service. Basically let us in to tell us that they were closing once we looked at something and three of them told us. Was buying a 100 pound jacket! They were already tilling up !!
