The girl who served me was very helpful…

The girl who served me was very helpful and polite. She was personable and engaged well throughout the transaction. But your store did not have one pair of trousers in a 34” leg 30” waist. Not one pair, do you have so much profit that you don’t need tall thin peoples’ money?

Great Choice

I visited this store for a hooded zipper top for myself and came out with another for my husband too. I'm always quite lucky to find something I like in this store. The young lady who looked after us, Leeann, was lovely, very friendly, chatty and welcoming which are qualities that are lacking in so many stores these days. Makes a lovely change to have a pleasant chat.

Return/refund issue

I ordered a jacket and arranged return online without collecting item and still trying to prove return 3 weeks later and no refund. I have used superdry for years but never again.
