Superdry - Exeter Recensioni 

Lovely service at Superdry store Exeter, Princess Hay, offered by a nice lady with curly hair, unfortunately I can’t remember her name but it was on a Friday evening just before closing time - 22nd of March.
That lady definitely deserves a prize for excellent customer service 🙂

I purchased a mens gilet 10 days ago and still haven’t received it the delivery company is Evri and the response from them is abysmal l now have to apply for a refund

Ordered in store for delivery. Received 4 days later, which is okay by me. Shorts and trousers always a good fit and durable quality.

I've recently purchased an Everest Puffer from SuperDry as well as some Socks and a T-Shirt, which was on sale. The jacket was incredibly good value and keeps me warm in this cold weather. In my mind all of them are must have items.

Online order, no issues at all! This was after calling store direct to see if they had a particular size, not good. Was told "short staffed today, unable to check"

I ordered 2 jackets online as couldn’t pick between them. Once I picked one I returned the other to store. The shop assistant couldn’t be more helpful, made me feel really comfortable and helped me find the perfect size.

I tried a small coat on in the shop , I really liked it, but unfortunately it was to small so ordered a larger size , which arrived by post 4 days later

Shopping with superdry was a great experience. Item arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was too large so I called a local shore and they were really helpful and reserved a smaller size for me. The store were lovely but still needed a smaller size. Their refund process was also speedy.

Lovely coat, bought in sale in Exeter store, salesperson was very helpful & friendly.

Customer Service was excellent very helpful staff and friendly which made my shopping experience so much better. I also noticed how the staff were willing to help me when I was trying on the garment .
