I refund two of my jacket at whitgift centre Croydon and I didn’t get any refund email regarding it.

Very good service, amazing coat

This was a very unexpected purchase and I'm VERY happy with it! I am now too hot at times but the lady at the till did warn me that she has the same coat and it doesn't require to wear layers of clothes underneath.
Being a delivery driver, I am just hoping that it has a good waterproofing. I will buy another jacket for the spring

I truly appreciate the ease of the…

I truly appreciate the ease of the entire process. The speed at which the jacket reached my chosen pick up store. When I arrived at the store to pick it up. The employee at the store stopped what she was doing, opened up the upstairs till and provided me with the jacket I purchased.
