The staff in the store in cork were very helpful & ordered the item for us to be delivered to our home address (KIE42114290). I then received an email advising a refund had been made. When I initiated an online chat and quoted the order number, I was told the email re the refund must have been sent in error and that the order was still being processed. I’m extremely disappointed at the miscommunications

I returned a coat that was on sale for the black Friday deals. I returned it for a Xl. Super dry charged me the full price for a reorder. They would not exchange it in store.

Bought and paid for goods instore last week which were down to be delivered. Goods were delivered but the garment was marked and looked to be stained . On the original purchase I received a €10 discount I think it was because it was a first purchase or something like that . I returned the garment to the store to get a replacement, they refunded my debit card and I ordered a replacement, however it was €10 more expensive, when I questioned why the same product was €10 more expensive than the one I was returning I was told that it was a discount for your first purchase and I didn’t qualify for same discount. Very strange
