Superdry - Bury Recensioni 

Nice to be able to post a positive review, I ordered two hoodies from Superdry (Bury) I ordered too small but had no issue returning them for big bloke size, the staff there are really friendly and helpful. Thank you Elouise.

The assistants at the shop were really helpful with finding what I wanted

The store didn’t have the item but they ordered it to be delivered to my home address free of charge !

Only not a 5 because I couldn’t use my blue light card on discounted cost but I had been able to use it when I bought the same coat at the outlet.

Returning items was so easy and customer service was helpful.

Love Superdry products however not happy about the shipping fee not being refunded recently following the return of products ordered on line which did not fit even though the staff member spoke to customer service who said it would be refunded. Hence why only 4 stars.

My recent online order arrived promptly and is exactly what I ordered. However, it's not what I really wanted!
An online order had been placed for me in-store, as the item I originally wanted was on offer online and the store sadly was not allowed to match the offer price, though I was keen to support a local store. I wish I'd just gone home and ordered online myself! No delivery arrived from the instore order and I didn't chase it up as the Superdry website said not to until 2 weeks had passed, due to issues with deliveries (strikes, etc). A couple of weeks later, I received an apologetic email, nicely written but explaining that although payment had been taken, the online order wasn't actually put through. I appreciated Superdry's apology and acknowledgement that the item might have been intended as a Christmas gift (it was). However, my compensation was £10 in a Superdry online account. This was not helpful - it was less than the reduction on the original item (now no longer on offer) and also I don't want a Superdry account! Nevertheless I have since signed up and managed to find a different item on offer that I could purchase to reclaim the £10 compensation (Superdry's normal prices are way above my typical budget).
The shop assistant had said at the time it was their first ever online order in store and they did ask a supervisor for help. However, the fact that it was not correctly done suggests that they should have been more carefully trained and supervised by more experienced staff throughout.
An unfortunate incident, followed by well-meant but awkward compensation.

Took 2 weeks to get delivery, you need to change from EVRI, tried to contact them via online SMS but they just don't respond to changing delivery locations.

Ordered on-line, easy process. Delivered to store before expected. Picked up for store and even though it was very busy, the staff where quick, friendly and efficient in processing my order

the refund of the return item has not been proceeding even after a long wait

Really helpful manager at the Bury store. He went through a range of coats with us even though it was closing time. They didn't have the size we wanted in store, so he arranged free home delivery.
