Perfect service but no exchange?

Product, delivery and ease of use on site was perfect. Had to mark down 1 though as was too big and on going to a store they had the right size but wouldn’t exchange. I had to buy another jacket and wait for a refund. If I didn’t have the money to buy another one I would have to wait for the refund then order another which is just a waste of time. The girl in store was very friendly and helpful and a little apologetic.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN INLINE

Had not been shopping for months, popped into first shop and saw jumper in sale colour I was wanting went around all shops and went back to buy it
Staff very pleasant and store had a nice quiet calming atmosphere
Sorted and home. GREAT*

Easy to order
Arrived reasonably quickly
Only one complaint - the tshirt that was delivered did not fit as well as the 2 I bought in store although all 3 were supposedly same size - XXL.
