Inaccurate labels
I tried on a Large and it was snug so I picked up & and bought what was labelled XL. I have gone to wear it today and it is in fact a Large and not XL as labelled. I will now need to return to store due to the inaccurate labelling

They always have something in that I want to purchase.
Plenty of stock and a large variety of clothing, bags and other accessories.
Shop is located in a large site in the Arndale.
Staff are always there to support and offer advise.

I was very impressed with the speed of…
I was very impressed with the speed of delivery, unfortunately the sizes were smaller then expected so ended up returning and exchaging at the store, which considering I'd messed up an order , was very straightforward. The refund was in my bank was advised and new size delivered within days, also very helpful and friendly girl ( wish I'd taken her name) at the Manchester store.....

Sizes completely off. My daughter took the coat back to her local superdry store and they will not refund or exchange online purchases. Also £20 delivery charge and zero customer service
