Excellent service, friendly staff, bought a Jacket I had been looking for, great.

Welcoming staff and happy to help, suggested to try out and pointed out where's the mirror, though it seems pretty much all super dry stores are crammed up with clothes and jackets, only by tills and trail room has easy of space. I felt too much is displayed within the given space. May be it's just me

Thankful for the lady at the payment desc. She was so nice, she helped me to choose the Jacket that could help me survive this coming winter.

I really liked it, I love our Superdry store in Aberdeen, I often go in to choose something new for myself if I liked the clothing line, there are a lot of bright and good assortment, I also recommend if you like beautiful and comfortable clothes, then you should definitely visit the store.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The brand itself would benefit from providing customer with short leg length or an alteration service or discount with a local alterations business.

The premises are a little in the dark side

It’s so cosy! I’m always cold but I have to say I’ve not had it on yet as I got toasty trying it on! It’s heavy because it’s thick and with everything with Superdry go up a size. I love it and definitely recommend if you’re a cold fish like me! I’m 5’9 and it’s lovely and long on me so maybe not ideal if you’re more petite.

The shop assistant in the union Square branch in Aberdeen was super nice and helpful.
I find the quality of superdry clothing great and the price also reasonable.

I am still waiting for a dress I ordered 2 weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered in 4 days, and is for a wedding on Sunday. I have had no update or correspondence about when it will arrive

The staff member was super patient and kind. i was very indecisive about the school bag i wanted, but she was really sweet about regardless. my experience was super positive!
