Obwohl wir bereits vor circa zwei…

Obwohl wir bereits vor circa zwei Wochen die Bestellung aufgegeben haben, ist die Ware bis zum heutigen Tag hier nicht angekommen. Die Sendung wurde dreimal von dem Unternehmen DHL angekündigt und die Auslieferung immer wieder verschoben. Hätten wir gewusst, dass zwischen Bestellung und Auslieferung so eine lange Zeit liegt, hätten wir mit Sicherheit nicht eine Bestellung bei diesem Unternehmen aufgegeben, bei der Bestellaufgebung war das auch nicht ersichtlich. Wir sind ab morgen längere Zeit im Urlaub, damit liegt das Paket, wenn es dann irgendwann in den nächsten Wochen hier eintreffen, sollte vor der Haustür herum und wir haben keine Möglichkeit der Rücksendung. Falls die Ware nicht in Erwartungen entspricht, so kann man natürlich auch Kunden Retouren vermeiden. Wir versuchen jetzt noch bei der Post die Zustellung zu verhindern, damit die Ware zurück an den Absender geht, wir können mit diesem Produkt jetzt nichts mehr anfangen, das Ganze sollte ein Geschenk sein, kaufen jetzt einen Ersatz und dann geht die Ware unausgepackt zurück, wenn sie dann noch vor unserer Haustür liegen sollte. Es steht für uns jedenfalls fast nie wieder bei diesem Unternehmen zu kaufen.

Had my ears pierced at Superdrug,Lichfield today. Very professional and friendly staff. Went through the process with me. Didn't feel a thing. Really pleased with the service.
