Nu recomand, personalul este doar pe “japcă” totul se rezumă la bani și nu au bunul simț. Am fost într-o excursie “All in one” și pe timpul activităților, eu cat și mai mulți turiști am constatat ca ne-au dispărut toți banii (€) din autocarul care era păzit de către șofer. Inițial au spus ca funcționează camera din autocar, însă după ancheta nu mai funcționează. Am sesizat la companie, însă au spus ca investighează și noi am rămas cu paguba.
Recomand tuturor să caute activități direct în stațiune, deoarece găsesc la un preț mult mai bun și servicii mai premium. Nota 1 pentru international sun!!

Wir waren bis gestern in El Karma Hurghada. Meine Tochter hat sich vor drei Tagen dort das Handgelenk gebrochen und uns wurde in dieser Situation dort von den Sun international Mitarbeitern nicht geholfen. Sie haben zugesehen wie wir in dieser Notsituation anstatt ins Krankenhaus kommen in eine Privatklinik gebracht werden und verarscht werden. Dort sind ausgearbeitete Mafia-Systeme um die Leute unter Druck zu setzen und katastrophale Preise zu verlangen. Wir sollten 1600 € für Röntgen und ein Gips bezahlen aus eigener Tasche und die wollten uns da nicht weg lassen. Der Sun international Mitarbeiter wollte einfach nicht helfen. Nach dem ich mit seinem Vorgesetzten telefoniert habe, hat sich auch nichts geändert. Das einzige was sie dort machen ist ihre eigene Taschen zu füllen mit dem Verkauf von überteuerten Sim Karten und Reiseausflügen. Bitte achtet auf euch und lasst euch nicht verarschen.

On arrival to our hotel, the representative of the sun international, Alladin (do not trust this guy)informed that he only one we should book our trips with (at inflated prices), which was a lie as there was options available to book through hotel or independent tourist company at much better prices for exactly same tours(found out this later through friends). When we told him that we wanted to cancel booked trip he started getting upset, and just walked out on us. Additionally, when we checked our bank card transaction we realised that he charged us more than agreed price. Tried to complain but he said that it was the bank who charged extra, which we know is not true, as we were using revolut, which does not charge for transactions.

Our Sun international rep was really nice and welcoming however, we believe to have been miss lead.
He told us to be careful who to book with and said it would be safer to book with himself rather than doing this privately, we later found out through some friends at the hotel that we could of book all the activities through the hotel at a cheaper rate and also choose to be on an English group only (This helps for translation)
Our friend turn out to do the same activities for a cheap price and had a better experience.

Booked holiday with love holidays these were the private transfer company used when we arrived the transfer ok but just a load of people shouting out holidaymakers names. On way back to airport our flight had changed time so we tried to contact sun international but no response so we had to order a taxi, love holidays tried to contact sun international as well but once again no reply also information isn't arranged well at the hotels.

This has to be the worst zoo/aquarium I've ever encountered.
Largest my a.. and at a cost of £80 we were well and truly ripped off.

I would avoid this at all costs.

Can I just say how very grateful i was of the help of Bibo, when i arrived at the Steinberger Hotel in Sharm Sheik. i am a female travelling on my own, although met up with some family members. i was located to the far of the hotel, miles away from them and obviously concerned at having to get back to my room late at night.
Bibo, sorted out my issues with compassion and consideration and got me a room exchange where i could be closer to my relatives. The whole service from Sun International has been outstanding and i truly believe i have been dealt with, with great understanding and compassion
i would recommend this company and in particular Bibo, who went above and beyond and for this i am forever grateful.

We stayed in hurghada and done 3 trips with sun international.
Cairo trip is away to long affordable prices for the all trip but to many unnecessary stops which we wasn’t told about it careful cuz they will take to some shops for you to buy papiros perfumes and other stuff which made the trip a lot longer, took us to a ride in a boat in Nile with an extra cost, camel rides or horses for extra cost, tourists guide trying to sell us gold and silver bracelets or necklaces in the bus, we went to the museum really a waste of time because we didn’t get to see not even half of the museum.
Safari trip absolutely lovely everything bang on.
As well of orange bay absolutely great as well, snorkelling 2 times really really good the staff they help you with everything great team, crazy sofa and banana as well they were great, be aware of taking extra cash as the prices are expensive in the island for drinks and snack or even food.
Safari and orange bay we were able to get photo with safari been 17$ and orange bay $50.
All of the trips we done they offered some buffet style food, either lunch or dinner

While staying in Egypt - sharm el sheikh we booked a trip with sun international.
The trip was “Super Safari”.
Apparently it was suitable for children - my son is 3 years old, and 11.
We enjoyed most of the trip, but I have to say it was sad to see the set up the locals had within the “safari” park where our trip was. Incredibly poor, begging people and kids. Heartbreaking actually. So this was sad to see if anything.
But what has made me write this review is when we were on the buggy on the sand and we passed what I can only describe is a camel graveyard! Bones, shells of camels and newly rotting camels. This was incredibly heartbreaking for my sons to see and then I have to try explain this. So I recommend not going on this trip with kids.

We booked a boat trip with Sun International on The Black Pearl boat for snorkeling and scuba diving.
We boarded the boat and were given all the training for scuba diving.
After a considerable wait we were finally given the wet suits and all the scuba diving equipment to put on.
Ready and waiting the captain of the ship and the divers had a big argument. We were not informed as the the exact reason for the disagreement but were told by the Sun International rep, Michael that the scuba diving was cancelled! And now we are not sure if the snorkeling will also take place as the professional divers were in disagreement with the Captain!
A large group of Russian tourists had completed their dives and only us and
a few French tourists were now cancelled for diving!
The rest of the day was shambolic with poor communication and little help from the Sun International rep!
Next day on complaining to the Rep we were made to feel we were now inconveniencing them until he finally saw how upset he made me. I finally got an apology and a mere £40 refund and compensation.
All in all really poor service and a waste of a day of our holiday.

Ibrahim the holiday rep made our stay worthwhile with helping to guide us on the best excursions for our interests. We had a few issues on some excursions which were no fault of the company or anyone for that matter, just small issues like misplacing our souvenir that we had bought however once we made our tour guide Mustafa and Ibrahim the rep aware of this they did everything they could to return it to us and got it promptly sent to the front desk of our hotel the following morning. I cant thank them enough for their service and making our holiday fun :) With special thanks to Ibrahim, Mustafa and Yasmin for their knowledge of the area and the history as well as being amazing guides to have with you which is what you want when you are with them for several hours if not the whole day haha!

I booked a trip to Sharm at Night and I must tell you that the tour guide Figo was amazing!! The BEST tour guide so far:-) He was warm and welcoming, he was lots of fun and he was extremely knowledgeable and his English is fantastic!! Thank you Figo!!

Hossam greeted us at the hotel , he booked us in for 10am . We went through some excursions we had the Luxor trip was great value and long day but worth it . Great atmosphere our tour guide was an absolute gentleman took great care with all the group and great knowledge of Egypt and would talk about the sugar cane , the bananas and cotton and the history of the people and mountain people we had armed police officer and two drivers taking it in turns and for our safety we visited an array of sites and this was worth every penny and more . Transport , food , everything was taken care of . Book with hossam at the ROYAL LAGOON RESORT HURGHADA he will Definetly take great care of you .

We stayed at sea star beau rivage the rep Mostafa met us at the reception he is very friendly and helpful had knowledge of all the excursions he even helped us with the sim so we can message families back home he always helped whenever we rang him for anything hope to met him on our next journey to Egypt 🇪🇬

Please improve the food experience. It is not that great. Dietary requirements are mandatory. Please

Hotel booked through loveholidays who then contract to sun international in Egypt. Both are complete scammers and lied throughout our holiday process. We booked our holiday and paid up front in full 4 months prior, only for them not to actually make our hotel booking meaning we turned up to the resort with no room reservation and had to be put in their sister hotel which was a family hotel when we had booked an adults only hotel. We will be seeking compensation. Shocking and appalling. The hotel told us we were the third case of the same that week, via sun international

We went to Sharm El Sheikh where in hotel used Sun International For Tourism.
The customer service representatives name Ehab. Ehab was very unprofessional and unpolite. He refused to take money in Egyptian Dollars and said that he can only accept foreign currency.
It was city tour for free from each hotels in Sharm. However, he told us to pay. When gest represents talk to him, he said that it's place available but for next week only. Now hotel manager confirmed that it's no places.
It's very upsetting and unprofessional from the company.
I wouldn't recommend to no one use this company at all.

This hotel group associated with Kerzner Group are corrupt and dangerous. Do not hive their HR money at l ig they promise to secure find a job.
