Dealt with this company for years now and don’t know why. Customer service is a joke. I have been guilty of leaving a positive review in the past but that’s because like everyone else I was offers 20%off which might I add I never received

John has been a customer for years yes. Do we always get things right, absolutely not. But Kelly who dealt with John this morning was nothing but professional and tried to help, nothing she said or offered was good enough unfortunately, all this under considerable provocation and rudeness which has always been the case with John. Its always worth remembering, not matter what a perceived greviance, that it's a person on the other end of a telephone who does not deserve to be spoken to in a rude and unpleasant manner. Poor customer service is not simply a case of a customer not getting whatever they demand, there is always another side to any situation.

Awful hair
Awful hair. I bought the stick tip Russian "premium" extensions and they have lasted less than 2 months. What a waste of £200! The hair began to feel like straw after the first wash and could barely get a brush through it. I have been wearing extensions for ten years so my aftercare is always spot on. Extremely disappointed. Straight in the bin!

Great Tape extensions
Great Tape extensions - the hair lasts really well stays thick from root to tip for a good 6 months. Tape glue has great hold too. Highly recommend.

Shocking
Shocking, colour hair, ordered 60# and got a horrible brassy yellow colour,
Hair was very thin and the bottom was even thinner..
For the money and the next day delivery that didn't materiel,
Which I paid extra for, I was not compensated and for my cancellation spot with my stylist..
Poor show and communication was zero for a couple of days..

Fab service and beautiful hair every time! I have recently began the nano and tape hair extensions course. The course is easy to follow and I can complete at home in my own time. Would recommend to everyone!

No longer a good supplier...
Not sure whether Studio 58 have changed suppliers in recent years. I always used 8/22 mix pre bonded hair extension. Colour always blended seamlessly... however the colour now is so different, it is a fake strawberry blonde. All the colours are so warm, they no longer seem to have cool colours. My recent order had a few strands very thin with a very thin glue on top so I was unable to use and hair falls out by the handful when putting them in. Such a shame as were always a great supplier.
