I used this company to move the content of a 55m2 apartment over a distance of 150 km in the Netherlands(both apartments were on a first floor with no lift). Everything went smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the service. They were very professional and respected the estimate.
As soon as I got in touch by e-mail, I got a quick reply. I was offered an online appointment for a precise estimate, but as the times didn't suit me, I sent photos of the furniture to be disassembled (all IKEA furniture, including a very large wardrobe with sliding glass doors). I didn't have any big household appliances. I received a clear quote with the estimated time, hourly price per person, for the truck and the kms.
The handyman mastered his job and disassembled and reassembled the furnitures in the specified time. He also directed operations well and managed his colleagues. He was very methodical when loading the truck, which made it possible to fit everything in, while I had more stuff and boxes than I'd anticipated.
The movers were very friendly, efficient and very careful for the handling of the furniture and fragile objects. They loaded the truck fairly quickly, hit the road immediately and by the time I arrived at the new location, they had already unloaded a lot of the stuff.
As I had a bit more stuff and boxes than expected, there was an overrun of half an hour for loading the stuff and another half an hour for unloading, which was fully justified. Since they had given me the prices for each item previously, I was able to calculate the overrun myself.
Based on my experience, I certainly recommend these movers.

De verhuizers werkten goed, netjes, en waren vriendelijk. Het enige minpunt vond ik wel dat er gevraagd werd om cash te betalen. Als dat per overschrijving, of zelfs nog beter, met iDeal had gekund, waren het 5 sterren geweest.

Mensen ga aub niet in zee met deze amateurs. Als oud, gedliplomeerde verhuizer heb ik noodgedwongen dit tuig in moeten huren. Het begint al dat ze zonder verhuislift aan komen zetten en beweren dat ik deze niet besteld had. Gaan telefonisch in overleg met kantoor terwijl ze zelf de eigenaar zijn. Omdat ze geen lift hadden waren ze iets langer bezig en moest er uiteraard bij betaald worden liefst cash. Het verhuizen zelf ging met het nodige geweld en zijn er diverse dingen gesloopt. Klachten worden niet beantwoord en 1/3 namen ze niet mee omdat het zogenaamd meer was dan ik had opgegeven. Glazen tafels durfde ze niet te vervoeren (hoezo proffessionals!?) Dit zijn oplichters die weliswaar je spullen overzetten maar vraag niet tegen welke prijs.

Doe geen moeite met deze amateurs. Bij het verhuizen onze piano laten vallen. Stuk hout afgebroken en bloed van verhuizer (zeker geen student) zit erop. Ze betalen de verhuizing niet terug, laat staan de door hen veroorzaakte schade. Dat doet je afvragen of ze die verzekering waar ze mee adverteren überhaupt hebben. Of dat ze het geld geclaimd en in hun eigen zak gestoken hebben. Telefoon nemen ze niet op. Via de e-mail gestelde vragen worden niet beantwoord. Volgende keer gewoon een professionele verhuizer die is aangesloten bij de branchevereniging.
