I purchased a kit to repair a cracked lintel above a window. The support from the team was fantastic! I sent some photos via email and contacted the team via phone where I was advised which items I needed to purchase and given detailed instructions on how to install.

I purchased a Strucsol stitching repair kit via Strucsol's eBay shop and was immediately impressed by the courteous communications and very swift delivery of the product. But what really impressed me the most was the after-sales advice.

When the stitching kit arrived, I sat down to plan the job in hand and because I had a few doubts regarding my choice of DIY repair I decided to contact Strucsol again for advice via e-mail. They could not have been more helpful, as well as answering my original question they offered additional advice on my particular structural repair and tactfully pointed out why my approach was incorrect. While the advice was not the news, I wanted to hear it has saved me many hours of fruitless work. Strucsol's advice has now directed me to the course of action I should now pursue.

So often these days companies and people seem to get paid for not doing their job and after purchasing a product there is often little if any follow-up advice available :-( So it was refreshing to find a company that supplies quality products at competitive prices and provides free follow-up advice on how to make the most of those products. I have no hesitation in recommending Strucsol and their products. The company offers both quality and service which sadly seems to be a rare commodity in the 21st century.

When my builder turned up we opened the box of resin and found that the tubes are too for his applicator - he had to make do without the resin - really disappointing - money wasted. Where was the warning for this on your website?

This was new territory for me and not the kind of repair I have undertaken before so I phoned for some general advice regarding fixing cracks on an internal wall. However, after a long discussion and sending photos of the problems, they put together a package of all the materials required and gave me a plan to not only to fix the cracks but also some suggestions as to why the problems had developed and solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
5 stars is the maximum I can rate but the advice/help alone was worth more.
The products themselves are easy to use and there are plenty of working examples (method statements) on the website.
During installation, I needed to ring to check my understanding of the procedure and again received helpful and concise advice.
I've already re-ordered more mortar, rods and resin to fix newly-discovered problems and feel confident using the products knowing that help is available, if needed.

My second order from Strucsol delivered fast, i phoned sales office with a 'how to use product enquiry' and got very helpful in depth info from the gentleman there 5* help

All great no issues post delivered all on time also.
