At my 5 year service, wet belt seriously cracking and failing width test, despite car serviced from new at Struans. At 42900 miles. I asked service manager to ask if Peugeot could help, even advice. Only after emailing general manager because requests for service manager to call me were ignored, even though general manager asked him to, it took 19 days for him to phone me. By this time I had had to make my own arrangements with another garage, who were only too happy to accept my business. Struans had been fine up until this point, but I refuse to have to keep chasing for a response. Trust has gone, unfortunately I won’t return.

Bought a two‑year‑old van from Robyn, who I have to say was incredibly patient. I’m very particular when it comes to parting with my money!

The van had a few imperfections, and Robyn made sure every one of them was sorted before we collected it

Excellent service from Robyn, who truly seemed to care about our experience. Due to the current difficulties the motor trade is experiencing, our new car delivery took much longer than anticipated, but Robyn did her best to keep us informed and chase things up. SInce taking delivery of the car, I have had reassuring communication from Robyn, with the offer of being able to go back for more help dealing with the rather compllicated technology!

My car was booked in for an MOT and service for 8:30 today, I unfortunately got held up in traffic and didn't get there until around 9:10, I explained why I was late the woman behind the counter said your appointment was for 8:15 for which I replied saying it was 8:30 and I got a text the day before telling me this. I then asked how long it would take to get the car back, she said it will be 5 o'clock and because I'm not from the area I said what am I supposed to do until 5 o'clock? she said “I can cancel your appointment?” I said, cancel? why? I've taken a days holiday for this, she then said “I can order you a taxi to the city centre” I really can't understand why she thought I'd want to go there. I did accept the appointment and went over to the near by Tesco and had a coffee then went and sat in the Peugeot reception from 12 o'clock to 4:30 I really do think it was a terrible way to treat someone, every other person that came in to book an appointment were offered times between 8:30- 13:00 or 13:00 - 17:00 so I was not booked in for 08:15. I overheard other people thanking the receptionist as they brought the car in late because of traffic and they all got their car back within a reasonable time frame, and not once did anyone come over and even ask if I would like a coffee. So be warned If you choose to use this garage DO NOT BE LATE

spoke on the online chat and said I was going to visit to look at a vehicle listed on the website. Drove nearly 2 hours to view the vehicle to find a sold board in the window. Spoke to the salesman told him I was on the chat the night before and he asked me who I spoke to. He went inside and then came back out to tell me that it turns out the online chat is automated. I then said that the car is still listed on multiple sites including their own to which he said it takes a couple of days to come off. This isn't a very good way to run the business surely the cars should be put down as sold straightaway to avoid people travelling to see a vehicle thats not available. I have now wasted nearly 4 hours of my Sunday plus fuel.

Purchased Peugeot 208 GT from Struans Perth for my driving school.First class service from Robert and all the staff.Very friendly dealership and found no salesman pressure on any of my visits.Highly recommend a visit to this showroom if looking to purchase new car.

Helpful staff, no hassle while thru whole experience of getting new car

Engagement with potential customers is set at the correct level, not pushy or overbearing. Straightforward conversations and no attempt to make a sale using PCP or Lease Agreement, customer left to make a decision which is accepted without pressure to change. Very minor repair to alloy wheel pointed out and corrected before handover.

It’s a family company and you feel it. No haggling they are knowledgeable friendly staff and are open and honest about what the best deal is. So long as they have the cars I like I won’t go anywhere else
