After having a previous break-in, choosing the right security door was incredibly important to me, and a friend recommended Stronghold.

From the very beginning, the project manager George was amazing. He was incredibly helpful, provided really useful information about the doors, and was super quick to respond to all of my questions. Most importantly, he was very reassuring throughout the process, which meant a lot to me given my past experience.

The installation team were equally impressive — friendly, professional, and very respectful of my property. Everything was fitted perfectly, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

From my first enquiry right through to the final installation, the whole process was smooth and reliable. I couldn’t be happier with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have a friend who’s got strong hold doors in her house. I locked my self off by leaving my key in the house. So I called my friend asking if she knows anyone who can unlock my door. She gave me the contact of the company saying she is not sure if they provide that type of service. It’s a rainy day me and two children standing outside. No where to go. I asked my friend to call the company as she already dealt with them in the past. She calls them, explains them my situation. They tell her they don’t provide such service but one of their technician lives in my area. Within an hour the guy comes in with all his tools disassembled the door from the frame gets it sorted. I asked him how much this cost me. The guy hands me a business card says I have children too, it’s free, but if you ever consider the door you can unlock with your finger print here is our card.

I was in shock but very grateful at the same time. I want to say thank you so much for helping me in my desperate time. Also I must say this is the best advertising ever. I live in rented property. But once I move in to my own house consider you have a customer for the door that unlocks with fingerprint.

Stronghold Doors has consistently demonstrated exceptional patience and responsiveness in addressing the needs and demands of my client. The entire process, from initiation to completion, was characterized by remarkable transparency and open communication. Nikola, in particular, provided clear and concise explanations at every stage, ensuring complete understanding.

Initially, Stronghold Doors appeared to be a reputable and professional company at the time of ordering and installation. However, my experience has been severely disappointing once issues arose.

Despite my continuous emails and attempts to resolve problems, the company's director and team have completely ignored my communications. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is evident. Due to their neglect, my door, which was under warranty, has now fallen out of warranty, and they are demanding over £2,000 for repairs.

This situation is unacceptable. Their so-called 25-year façade warranty is nothing but a facade—pardon the pun. Their failure to respond and support has left me with no choice but to seek legal advice and proceed with a small claims court case.

I strongly advise anyone considering Stronghold Doors to read all their reviews before placing an order. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I regret trusting this company.

Our front door is only two years old, and we began experiencing issues well before this point. Unfortunately, our emails were left unattended in a mailbox while your staff member was on holiday. By the time she returned and our enquiry was addressed, the warranty period had expired.

We do not believe it is reasonable for us to be penalised due to an internal administrative delay on your side. The matter was raised within the warranty period, and the delay in response was beyond our control.

We would appreciate it if you could review this situation and take responsibility for resolving the issue accordingly.

Please do not make out as though you are trying to help by responding in the way that you have. We both have copies of the email threads.

Please do not present your response as though you are attempting to assist when the position remains unchanged. We both have full copies of the email correspondence.

We paid in excess of £200 for your engineer to attend our property for less than ten minutes. I do not consider this to represent fair value for the service provided.

Furthermore, I remain dissatisfied with your responses on both platforms, as you are already aware from the emails — which were only acknowledged after my review was posted.

I enquired about referring this matter to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and your reply was simply that it had “technically been dealt with”. That is not an acceptable resolution from my perspective. As a result, I will now proceed to the next stage, as I have been advised to do.

I appreciate that a one-star review on Trustpilot may be damaging to a company’s reputation. However, the priority here should be resolving this matter fairly and reasonably.

Very beautiful door, and a desirable door I got from the stronghold security company, The Door is at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend this company because I have my personal experience on this. A great service and great workmanship.

The door is great.

More important is the experience regarding installation. Not everything was straightforward, in part because of walls that are not straight, in part because we were exacting in what we required. But in the end Vilius bent over backwards to make sure our expectations were met (although by that stage we had made a full payment).

The end result: a strong door with additional security features, perfectly weighted and balanced, all fitting work completed with attention to detail on final finishing. No drafts, all is very sturdy.

So it is worthwhile to note that the quoted price does not just buy a door and its installation but a team driven to complete the job. Its a small firm - though big(ish) for what they do - , they value their well-earned reputation and will try hard to ensure customer is happy with final result and to me that has mattered more than anything else.

Had my new door fitted by Stronghold doors and have to say there service was first class a year on had a small issue they came out within 24 hours and sorted the issue without fuss thank you team stronghold doors door looks stunning

This door has been fitted it has been 8 years I just had a service to fix and replace the seals of door but it is not water proof when I spoke to their service department they wanted to charge me a call out again. Terrible customer service
