First order I've placed with strongdor
First order I've placed with strongdor, very happy with every part of our order, great communication throughout, quick delivery, well packaged to avoid damage, we had everything we needed in your install kits and a great quality kit ! It made a nice change to be able to compliment a company instead of having to chase up and complain which happens all to often unfortunately.
We'll definitely be doing business again.

Great service until delivery
Great service until delivery. We had arranged a delivery day i expected to product to be delivered to my property and unloaded onto my driveway. I was told it was my responsibility to get the product of the lorry and I would need a forklift. When a company say they can deliver I expect it to be delivered, not turn up on a lorry and they expect you to unload. I was then told it was all in the small print.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that our delivery terms were not made clear to you at the time of quotation. Due to the palletised packaging and loading of our delivery vehicles, we do require off load to be undertaken by our customers with a Forklift or similar equipment. Having spoken to the team and reviewed our communications we will be improving the visibility of these terms at quotation stage, to improve our service. I understand you have spoken to our transport department who had agreed to deliver at a specified time without charge to enable you to unload the delivery.
At Strongdor we always strive to give the very best service and when occasionally we don't meet expectations, we always take feedback seriously and endeavour to improve to ensure it doesn't happen again.

The door was the wrong size to the dimensions I provided so we had to make up a closing piece to infill the gap between the frame and the existing building.

We are sorry your experience wasn't as expected and hope the matter has now been resolved. Having spoken to customer services, I understand this was due to the dimensions supplied being door size rather than structural opening. All our sizes are stated on our quotations and order confirmations as structural opening to include both the door and frame, which we do request sign off prior to releasing every order. We hope you will give us the opportunity to work with us again and are glad to hear you resolved this on site.
