From explaining the issue to Wolverhampton Porsche, booking an appoint, the repair and subsequent feedback, the process was professionally well managed. This also included the arrangement of the. courtesy car. Although not used much since, to date the aircon/heater blower repair appears effective.

Service Advisor Daisy was rude and not…
Service Advisor Daisy was rude and not helpful at all when advised I am running late for the collection of the vehicle. Outright refused to assist or to try and make a difficult situation easier. In the end one of the sales advisors waited which was helpful and appreciated but wont be returning there for a service despite owning 4 porsches!

My car had a window fault and needed a recall addressing. The Lady working in service (Daisy-May) was so professional and cant thank her enough. She organised a courtesy car and had my parts ordered the same day(Saturday). Such a pleasure to deal with l. Highly recommend this Porsche Centre for its service.

Great Staff at a great showroom.
My brother who had terminal pancreatic cancer bought a second hand Taycan from Porsche Wolverhampton in July as his Bucket List car but unfortuanely passed away very suddenly before he could drive it.
The car was then resold back to the dealership and although we took a bit of a hit things could have been much much worse and a fairprice was given .
I would like to thank both Tom and in particular their buyer James who have dealt with this matter in a most sensitive way.
You will often hear of people in particular Youtubers saying how bad Porsche dealerships are but I can honestly say I have found the staff at Porsche Wolverhampton most welcoming and very helpful so a big thankyou from me.

Highly recommended for choice of car and customer care.
The staff at Porsche Wolverhampton did all they could to make sure the aftercare for our new Taycan was timely, helpful, and comprehensively covered all the questions we raised. From the lovely receptionists to our sales rep, Ben Ford, everyone was so helpful to us and very accommodating to our dog. We could not fault our experience.
