Welcomed and seen straight away in lovely new premises. Car done on time. Staff all very friendly creating a nice atmosphere (and great coffee.)

Brilliant experience dealing with Andy McDonald, no sales pitch, no hard sell just a decent and really likeable, knowledgable bloke doing a great job with loads of humour. Kept me informed at all times and I felt genuinely looked after, I didn’t feel like he was chasing commission or trying to squeeze every penny out of me.
If you are interested in a car at Stratstone Derby do yourself a favour and insist you see Andy as you’ll get a good deal and a bloody good laugh at the same time, brilliant salesman and really good bloke too!
I’m now the proud owner of a stunning GLE 350 and could t be happier.
Only criticism is he was listening to the Backstreet Boys when he picked me up, shameful……..

Overall very good with the exception of ordering the wrong grill so the car wasn't ready on the day as planned but was the next day instead.

Overall very good particularly appreciated the lift home after dropping off my car for a end of warranty check and a much reduced price for a MOT

Happy with overall experience, Wayne Stillwell answered any questions/ concerns we had. On collection car looked great, however on closer look the valet was not what we would have expected from BMW, door sills dirty, cabriolet seals were filthy and the chrome exhaust was black. So little more detail would be appreciated! Second key not activated to car have to now source connection ourselves, this really should have been sorted before collection.

Lack basic customer service skills, sales people promise to call back & never do. Promise weekly updates on your vehicle status but never do. The car is delayed but as a customer we have to chase rather than the dealership calling us for updates. When you complain there is no compassion, realisation or empathy for the customer. Tried to escalate our complaint on many occasions but even then we get no where. They know the car market is hot, so it is what it is, if you don’t like it just leave the deal and we can sell to another customer. That is their attitude, even higher up ranks. Poor customer service!!!!! Try else where, it can’t be worse than this!

Very professional from start to finish. Negotiated a deal that we were happy with and collected the car a couple of days later. The handover was a lovely experience from start to finish, would highly recommend salesman Alan and Stratstone BMW Derby

At went in for service on a Saturday morning. I was asked if I f I wanted a valet? I accepted as the car was filthy externally but internally it was clean. The car came back in a worse state that it went in, muddy shoe prints and dust all inside. The outside had been just shown the jet was and was still filthy! My dash cam wires had been ripped out from the interior and left for me to put back; they only needed to disconnect camera at the camera itself.
I was left feeling the service was rushed, they were only interested in getting the car out ASAP!
Car due for a change in two months, but Stratstone aren’t getting my business, this is the second time they’ve made me feel an inconvenience and not valued, there won’t be a third!

The service by BMW was excellent but very expensive. I was kept informed of the progress.

Nothing seemed to work on the my bmw app, internet is poor and server would not communicate emails, I have got to try and sort the app out at home. Sales staff were friendly and helpful.

An absolute joke! Appalling service right from the start.
Took my 2020 3 series in to STRATSTONE BMW Derby for a service on the day as arranged. I was told that the 5 series courtesy car was a bit dirty because of the weather which was absolutely fine. I was also told that the courtesy car had been sanitised because of COVID. The inside was filthy with fingerprints everywhere on the shiny surfaces including the touch screen. It had certainly not been cleaned inside at all. The fuel gauge was in the red meaning I had to immediately find a service station. I was asked if they could wash and vac my car after the service as part of the customer service which was agreed, especially as the service was costing me £300. When I picked the car up it was filthy and covered in sand. It had not been washed or vacuumed. I actually dropped it off cleaner than when I collected it. When I dropped my car off I reminded them that there was a re call job that needed doing while the service was being done. I was assured that this would be done. The more important re call work had not been carried out when I collected. I now have to book this in to be carried out but certainly not at STRATSTONE. I asked them to save the micro filter that was replaced as part of the service. Some idiot put the micro filter and for some strange reason the oil filter together in the same bag and left them in the boot meaning that oil was all over the micro filter and fortunately the bag didn’t leak oil onto my boot carpet.
I got home and had a look under the bonnet to discover oil drips on the trim from the oil change which had not been wiped clean. These people should not be dealing with very expensive cars. They have no respect.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VERY COSTLY PURCHASE TO THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE - SPARE YOURSELF THE STRESS.

Vehicle in for mot staff very helpful cost of replacing parts easily to understand no problems would use again

Although a hiccup to start, Rob the manager sorted very quickly and delivered a gorgeous car. Chris L also was great to communicate with.

Spent just under £700 and the issue with my car was not fixed. My tyre was also ruined whilst in their care and they are not in a rush to help me! They were also happy to let me drive away on a flat tyre until I asked them to pump it up. Ridiculous!
