I have bought quite a few things from Stratco.
I find the site easy to follow and easy to order.

Customer service amazing, got a call to explain when they would be delivering to South Coast.

We have had nil correspondence from Stratco over our shed.
My partner went down and designed his shed no problem, got it on finance, and the 6 weeks later we get a message, window arriving, no lead up to this at all. Then the next thing we're told shed arriving on the Saturday. Bloke would not bring his truck up on our driveway. So my poor partner had to bring all the parts up to our back yard by himself using a dolley.
For 4 weeks we have had this shed in our garage and around our back yard with no messages , emails from anyone about installation. My partner went down to the local Stratco, was given installers number. He never answered any calls or messages. Until i messaged this bloke and he finally answered and now can't do the job for another 3 weeks. .
I would never recommend Stratco to anyone.
The young girl in store was nice enough to my partner but that's it. No correspondence, no care or respect.
Just the lack of communication is terrible.

We had two projects;
1. a slat topping built on our 30M fence (privacy); and,
2. remove one leaning post and three colour bond
panels and re-install vertical.

Contacted Stratco (Mon. 5 June) and within two hours was contacted by their fencing contractor. He assisted in developing the details and started work on the damaged panels on Friday. We agreed that he could attend on Sunday to install the slat topping.

We cannot overstate our compliments! The contractor was the ultimate perfectionist measuring fence alignment to the degree and shaving paper-thin strips off slats so they would fit perfectly. He worked relentlessly yesterday from 10am to around 8pm on the toppers. The result far exceeds our expectations!

The products ordered were supplied as per their agreed delivery date.
The product quality was above average.
The delivery person went above expectation, delivering the items to the rear of the house to a specified location and did this with a smile and a pleasant demeanour.
We will definitely use STRATCO as a preferred supplier

Rob from Smeaton Grange comes highly recommended! Managed to navigate a tricky supply chain issue (Ezyslats) with honest communications and a great outcome. Rob has integrity and respect and I'll be doing all my business through him moving forward.

My driver Kevin called ahead with ETA, was on time and polite and helpful. Great customer service from the Stratco staff at Smeaton Grange Rob & Eric right up to the delivery driver Kevin Dao. Great service.

I rang to order items to install a gutter on my stables and had no clue what I needed to order. I spoke to Ian Third a staff member at Smeaton Grange Store and received the best service I have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. Wow I cannot thank him enough for his help and patience. I wish all stores had employees like him.
