Very easy process with knowledgeable staff during the design and ordering process with no hard sell.
Agreed installation date was met and the installation was done in the agreed timescale. Fitter was courteous and very thorough and did a brilliant job with good workmanship throughout.

If you are seeking well-made furniture, individually designed and expertly installed, this is the company to choose. Of course, high end service comes at a price.Two visits by the designer and one by the technical surveyor preceded the arrival of designs for our approval. Installation was carried out with care and meticulous attention to detail. There was a small issue with the wiring requirements but Strachan dealt with this in a professional and sympathetic manner. If we were to say that the company exhibits a splendid old-fashioned approach towards high standards of construction, installation and after sales support, we are paying them a high compliment. Thank you.

The employees at Strachan Furniture kept me up to date with the progress of my order from the order date and they continue to provide the aftercare now the installation is complete. I knew this was a professional company from the start because the designer did the designs by hand and I fell in love with it from the start. The only problem I had was I was originally told the wardrobe would cover the old light switch but this was not the case when installed, this was my fault for not questioning the design when it was sent to me for approval. Everyone I have been in contact with were polite and extremely helpful during the whole process and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We booked someone to come and give us a quote but the guy who came out refused to give us a quote he was really rude just because we also got a quote from Hammonds. I’ve never had such a horrible exchange.

We fully fitted a Dressing Room. Designer was very helpful and designed what we wanted. Installation was not going to be easy, but the company's installer was unfazed and did an excellent job, resulting in a very satisfied customer.

We are delighted with the High quality fitted furniture in all our bedrooms and in particular the transformation of a small angled cupboard into a maximum use of space dressing room.The fitter Sean was both professional and informative whilst in our home highly recommendable.All the staff at Strachan from first point of contact Emma to the surveyor have been excellent and we are happy to now use the successful team again in creating a bespoke comms unit in our lounge .

Strachan's completely transformed our 3rd bedroom with the installation of a wall bed and surrounding units. The whole process from design and surveyor visit to completion was carried out in a friendly, professional manner and we are thrilled with the end result.

Really pleased with our bedroom furniture. Our Victorian house presents a few challenges but the final fit is superb and the attention to detail has certainly enhanced the whole room. Excellent communication at all times even though they had to arrange fitting on an island location. Highly recommended

We wanted to convert our rather jumbled spare room into a (very) multi-purpose space. We decided early on we wanted fitted furniture and a wall bed to save space and it became clear that Strachan are really the only company doing this combination well. We were a little concerned at first that ours would be too small a project, but we experienced no difference in service from them.
They were very patient during the design process, sending additional samples to ensure we got the right finish, revising plans, etc. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and polite throughout and kept things moving along. We found some items to be too pricey to go ahead with, but cannot fault the final product and attention to detail. The wall bed in particular is excellent - the best we have seen - and we probably looked at everything available!
We have to mention in particular, Rob, who did our fitting. He’s done a fantastic job and was so considerate and helpful throughout. The room is a pleasure to be in now and the finish is excellent. Only problem is we now want the rest of our home to look as good!
