The information was helpful but overpriced
The information was helpful, I do feel that there are a lot of unknowns however, this is probably a result of the mass amount of information and conflicting information available.
I do feel slightly more confident moving forwards with my separation, and the steps to achieve. However, they are ones I have to take alone due to the overall cost. I had hoped I could have done it with more support. Had the costs been more reasonable.
In all honesty, I'm not entirely sure how the cost of such services can be that extravagant- £365 per hour is tenfold the average person's wage.

I spoke with with Stowe for guidance…
I spoke with with Stowe for guidance and advice on the MIAM process and also attended a MIAM. The session was informative and i gained a valued insight to my options. Further to this i was able to gain a MIAM cert which i can now use to apply through the courts. All in all a valued service and special thanks to Kate for her incredible advice.

Francesca Sanderson helped me to obtain an emergency NMO last year. Her advice is always spot on and of great value. I needed someone robust and who represented my best interests. This she certainly did swiftly, professionally and providing me with excellent communication, expert knowledge and a kind, empathetic approach.
Francesca and her team are now supporting me with the completion of the financial aspects of the divorce and I simply wouldnt trust anyone else and feel as though I am in the safest of hands. 10/10.

Change of name
I worked with Stowe Family Law on a change of name of a minor. They were extremely knowledgeable and supportive from the first minute, and would regularly update me on the process. They even helped on an additional point, which I am very thankful for.

Thoroughly recommend for family court matters
Jade Bray assisted me in a case that had a 5 year litigious history and I was amazed by how quickly she grasped the complex background. She was both compassionate and methodical in her invaluable advice. I was deeply impressed by how thorough and detailed her counsel was. She always ensured she laid out all of my options for me, explained things at a level I would understand and was patient in explaining anything I struggled to get my head around. She made me feel completely secure in my representation, which is invaluable when you’re dealing with something as emotionally draining and impactful as family court.
I also deeply appreciated her advocating for me and encouraging me not to make concessions when, without her advice, I would would have agreed to unnecessary compromises that negatively impacted my case. I would not hesitate to reach out to her again for any future issues and wholeheartedly recommend her.
There were also a number of other staff members I had interactions with, including those dealing with admin and billing matters, and they were all extremely pleasant, capable and helpful. Fantastic experience with the practice overall. Thank you for looking after us!
