As purchasers on the development of a Cranford, we went to see the new Show Home at The Fairways and oh my is it stunning!

From the minute we walked in Ruby and the team were fantastic (as always!) - we didn't want for anything and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. She knows absolutely everything about the site, the houses and the process and makes the whole experience a joy.

The show home was finished to a fantastic standard; the design elements and décor really gave us some inspiration for our upcoming house! The space in each room really needs to be felt to be fully appreciated.

Also, the development is one of a kind - There are stunning views from the whole site and the space given to each plot really sets Story Homes apart from the rest. The show home is a great example of this.

A special mention to Laura who helped us properly experience the kitchen/diner/family space with some No-secco and cupcakes. 🥂

Our Story Homes experience has been fantastic from start to finish. From our first meeting through to completion last Friday, Emma Dwyer made everything clear and straightforward right from the beginning.
The app was brilliant for keeping us up to date with progress, and the Home Move scheme worked perfectly for us. Our new home is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.

Emma has been exceptional throughout going above and beyond at every step, including staying late and keeping us updated even on her days off. She’s a total superstar.
Elmbrook Park, Coppull, is a stunning development and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Story Homes.

Went to visit the Show home for its opening and as always the staff were brilliant. Really welcoming and informative. We have purchased a property on the development and Ruby has been amazing throughout. Our little boy loves going there and Ruby makes him feel really included in the process.

Ruby was magnificent on our visit to the fairways. She clearly showed us the site layout and clearly identified plots . The show home was presented well. 10/10 for story homes and thank you once again Ruby.

We bought our house with the help of Matthew Pelusi in sales and can’t praise him enough, he was always available and answered any questions we had also allowing us to enter the property before completion for measurements etc on numerous occasions. He is great at his job and you can tell he knows his stuff and that came across the first time we visited.

I recently visited the Cranford show home at Fairways, Penrith and had a really positive experience with Story Homes’ customer service. From the moment I arrived, Ruby and the rest of the team made me feel genuinely welcome and at ease.

Ruby was especially friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making me feel rushed. The other ladies in the show home were just as warm and helpful, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere throughout my visit.

The whole experience felt personal and professional, and it really stood out compared to other show home visits I’ve had. It’s clear the team takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and it made a lasting impression.

I’d definitely recommend visiting if you’re considering a Story Homes property.

Ruby at The Fairways, Penrith has been very helpful throughout our house buying journey. She has made the process enjoyable and exciting whilst regularly keeping us informed about the build process. Ruby was also very considerate and supportive when we were finding it difficult to communicate with eachother as buyers due to one of us working away, her understanding made this time a lot simpler. The new show homes are beautiful with breathtaking views and we are looking forward to making our final choices.

Just on our journey to move into our new Story Home with Ruby. Fantastic experience so far and the new show house that opened yesterday is superb. So excited to get to plan our interior finishes over the next few weeks.

She seemed knowledgeable and sold up the benefits of dealing with the company.

Sales area and show house was exceptionally clean and tidy, giving a positive feel to the visit.

Only suggestion would be for the sales people to gain a bit more background knowledge of the area. In terms nearby facilities, shops, transport etc.
They seemed a bit vague on these issues which were important to us, as we are relocating and don't have a great background knowledge ourselves.

Overall a worthwhile experience.

We’ve recently completed on our beautiful home in Ashwood Grange, we’re so happy with the whole process from the initial reservation period with sales advisor Matthew, to the day we moved in and were genuinely made to feel like VIPs! The sales advisor and site manager made the day so special and we’re really pleased with the build quality!

Our Experience buying a Story home has been a great one! Matthew Pelusi at Ashwood Grange made it a breeze from reserving all the way to completion, his professionalism and experience showed.
We love our Story home, the build quality and attention to detail is superb and I didn’t get the same feeling, quality and service from Bellway.
We have been moved in four months now and the level of care and support from Matthew Pelusi and the site management Matthew are great, they can’t do enough for us and what an asset to Story Homes. Very satisfied!

Out experience has been a pleasure. The whole process has been very well managed. We have been completely supported by the staff at Story homes. The staff are welcoming and at every stage of buying our new home we have been very well informed and made to feel welcome in the office at any time. We have enjoyed the experience and have found the staff have a lot of knowledge about the plots, extras, buying process. Michael, an Aftercare Advisor for the North East Region has been exceptionally helpful! I have found him to be friendly and approachable, super helpful and prompt in delivering his high level of customer service! Unfortunately, I have had some instances of poor service in the past, not getting responses, not getting things resolved, continually chasing things up.. but i am so thankful that Michael appears to be turning things around! Really impressed and grateful!
