We’re glad to hear you found our staff helpful. We do want to clarify a few points regarding your experience. At the time of sign-up, multiple units were shown to you and a tape measure was provided to ensure your fridges would fit. You chose a 50 sq ft unit which unfortunately wasn't large enough for upright commercial fridges in the end. We explored alternatives, including external units, but these would have required storing the fridges on their sides, which wasn’t suitable. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any other units available to accommodate the size of the fridges upright.

We understand this was frustrating and we always aim to work with our customers to find solutions, but in this case, the size of the unit and safety requirements meant we were limited in what we could offer.Read more
