Great product, great communication and very happy with the result!

Stoneside sells the highest quality shades which is why I purchased them. My recent service call by Jon was extremely professional not to mention also friendly. I could not recommend this company where highly.

Everybody I worked with, from sales (Amanda Klash), to measurements and fabrication (I’m sorry, I can’t recall his name), to installation (John) We are absolutely wonderful to work with and complete professionals. And, we love the new blinds. I wish I could leave 10 stars, and not just 5.

We purchased six shades a year ago. Had a problem with one of them—the issue was taken care of quickly and professionally, and we were told to call again if we needed to. Wonderful to be treated like a person, instead of yesterday’s news.

Was notch 360 degree service and quality product. From initial designer meeting to prompt installation our experience has been wonderful.

So far it has been great! We have our final installation in May. Both Tommy and Brandon have been wonderful to work with.

Eight months ago I ordered motorized shades from Jason and Brandon installed them in the front of my house. I have enjoyed them so much that I ordered more from Jason for the back of my house. Brandon came back and installed them a few days ago. Jason and Brandon were both very helpful, polite, and professional. The shades look fantastic and the motorized feature is so convenient. I am glad I went with Stoneside!

Dana offered great customer service and valuable insights to help us find an appropriate blind for our very large kitchen window. Scott verified and double checked the measurements for the blind before it went into production. Stoneside kept us timely informed about the status of our order, and Amun installed the blind without any issues or problems.

The measuring and installation team — Carlos, Edgardo, and John — were equally outstanding. They were professional, meticulous, and incredibly skilled. We had a tricky situation where our countertop could have bumped into a shade when it was pulled down, and they handled it flawlessly.
