Really quick, helpful service - Tony was amazing and persevered when the recovery got tricky. Really appreciated his help.
Would highly recommend.

I was stranded beside the A303 with my car unfit to drive, and was halfway on my journey from Sussex to North Devon. The recovery gent who came to my assistance arrived well before the estimated time, and couldn’t have been more helpful or polite and professional in his dealing with the situation. I was incredibly impressed with everything about their service, from safe transport of my vehicle, to making sure I had everything I needed during a long wait for my husband, including a nice cup of tea when I got cold, which was just what I needed. Thank you, for going above and beyond.

They collected my Volvo EX90 that had suffered a complete electrical failure so was locked and completely immobile . From first contact to the actual collection all the team were excellent. Danny the recovery driver was first class. Courteous, friendly and professional. He had a tracked vehicle that lifted the car and took it down my drive to the flat bed recovery truck. Amazing piece of kit and apparently it can recover a car from any situation. Would highly recommend Stonehenge.

The guys turned up promptly, kept me updated on progress all the way through the breakdown and got me safely back home. Top blokes, I would always recommend them.

Following a crash what you need is understanding as well as calm, clear and concise instructions in difficult situations. This is what David and Conner provided last weekend when I needed help. Thank you too to Tom and James for their advice. Great service.

We got hit by another car and were unable to drive home. Tony was brilliant. He arrived asap and was both understanding and kind. He was incredibly helpful and professional, working well with his own team but also the AA in coordinating our journey home.

Totally professional service in a very difficult situation for us on a busy A303
The AA didn't cover themselves on glory but Tony and Connor bailed them out wonderfully.
If you are courteous and patient everything will eventually work in your favour.
Remember these guys are doing a very difficult job and you yourself are under pressure.
It's not easy for anyone.

Totally unreliable.

Through BMW assist we had a collection booked on a Tuesday post the back holiday which we confirmed via telephone on the previous Friday. We arranged for a first thing collection on the Tuesday which was confirmed. We called at 0930 to be told 30-45 mins, we waited a further 2hrs 15mins to be told another 45 mins, the driver has now called and despite his location being ten mins from our house he has said a further 30 mins - we have a must attend medical appt that we cannot miss so have had to cancel the recovery. Not a company that does what it says it will do despite agreeing to a plan. Very poor customer experience and I do object to being called ‘buddy’ all the time by the person that answers the telephone.

Broke down in Kingston Deverill. Phone Green Flag, and in 10 minutes a recovery vehicle from Stonehenge Recovery was dispatched. They promised to be with us in 30 minutes, and they were. They put my car onto their flatbed, drove us the 4 miles home and then, using a booster pack, coaxed my car into starting so they could get it up my drive. Big shout-out to David and Connor - very grateful indeed.
