Absolutely love my new work tops stone is beautifully polished and was installed with perfection.
Friendly and good service from quote to fitting. Definitely worth going to have a look at the show room they have when you choose your stone so you can be sure and to appreciate how stunning they are.

I contacted this company via their website. I was told the complete the online form to arrange a visit to the showroom. Nothing happened. I called they said oh no you just show up once you have called us to notify but can you send email of requirments and photo. I arranged a meeting and sent email requested
Went to showroom at appointed time - and no one knew about me or my project.
I asked about stone, timings and cost. I was told a couple of days before required give us a call, will be templated and stone delivered couple of days later.

Wow impressive!!

Called to be told no no no - it is a 5 days, unfortunately builder called in sick - they said this caused them delays- however, no template done, only appt booked - anyway - asked to book appt then told a week.

template done - templater said 7 to 14 days - when I challenged that they said well that is what it is.

I then got an invoice where it is stated pay 72 hours before fitting or risk installation being cancelled - I had a phone call BEFORE the invoice to say they were coming the next day, despite asking for a little notice.

I got 3 calls about the payment - 2 on the evening before and one on the day of the arrival - one was not very polite - insisting I pay immediately but I was not at home so this could not be done.

The call on the day of fitting, person sounded interested in all the misinformation and apologetic and said she would forward my issues to the management but could I pay ahahahah

Yes - I paid.

Stone arrived. it is ok

Would I recommend this company - probably not admin is chaotic, you get conflicting information. All this made worse as I had builder issues, not this companies fault - but they must surely face issues in projects large or small.

Very disappointing that from the get go I was never told the same information on delivery, timings, payment - fortunately the stone appears good.

I dont know but perhaps they are better at large projects.

Price is ok for the quality - just all felt - a bit superficial and chaotic on the customer service side. With different information each time I contacted them - and appointments for installation preceeding payment arrangements which became a real issue and I got nagged - which really leaves a nasty taste - I pay for all goods and services if they are executed as promised, the company made the mistake making the appointment before sending terms and conditions and request for payment which became awful - need to get admin sorted, wording on quotation and invoice could be less aggressive but as I said stone is good, price is acceptable.

If you are using this company, get everything in writing and check dates, timings and be aware on small projects there is no flexibility and if you make changes subsequent delays will be on your shoulders, despite the fact that delay is linked only to templating as that and preparation are two different activities and will depend on how busy they are not whether you changed the date.

Overall - stone and price ok
customer service, precision of information and follow up very poor with a strong focus on you getting the invoice paid which comes across as quite aggressive - they need to get these in the correct order. Follow up on complaints which they didnt once I had paid - SILENCE! Disappointing on that side of things and create frustration as customer is blamed

We needed to get our kitchen countertops replaced as they were very dated, we had originally looked into Quartz overlay and were unimpressed with the finishes. Stone4Life gave us a very competitive quote on Quartz Calacatta prime slabs with full height splashbacks and they just look amazing.

My thanks go out to Rimi in the sales team who did an excellent job answering all of my questions, and the fitting team who took excellent care and attention to making sure all of the joins look seamless. We are thrilled with the results.

It’s rare to find companies that actually do what they say they are going to do but Stone4Life in Erith, are the exception. Excellent service from the initial quote and conversations with

Ordered a quartz kitchen work top. Rimi, Paul and team were great. Really good customer service and competitive price. Templating and fitting team were polite and professional too. Would highly recommend.

Stone4Life was recommended by our Son’s friend, and we are delighted with the outcome. From Communications with Rimi, visiting the factory, all a very positive experience. Template day went without any hitches, and a thorough plan was made. Yesterday Soko and Andy arrived, and were pleased to just get on with things… they worked efficiently, cleanly and professionally! The result is sensational, and can’t thank you all enough. The product looks and is fabulous quality, expertly carried out. Soko even had recommendations, although slight, they made all the difference. More than happy to recommend fully thus Company.

I can highly recommend Stones4Life in Erith for superb service and customer satisfaction. From templating to fitting within a week.I opted for the quartz calcatta gold on a waterfall island with mitred edges and backsplash and the workmanship was spot on. Sensible prices Give them a go you won’t regret it !

Excellent service from start to finish. From measuring to fitting really good turnround and great value for money. The 2 fitters that came Armando and Soko were polite and neat and tidy and included us in each process of installation. Extremely pleasesd with the final product highly recommended.

Great service and quality. From the 1st visit to installation the staff were very professional and friendly. Once we informed them that our kitchen was ready, they sent out someone to cut the templates within a week and delivered and fitted our work tops a week later.

Super helpful team, unbeatable prices (half the cost of the big kitchen brands) and their quartz is simply stunning. Sokol and Laku the installers were fantastic, did such a good job and we're so fast! We couldn't be happier, this made our kitchen, highly recommend!

An excellent product at a great price.
From start to finish it was all so easy and stress free, no hidden costs or extras everything was straightforward. We dealt with Paul who explained the process and gave us the estimate which was a great price and didn't alter.
We could contact and visit the office/workshop easily. The boys turned up and worked for four hours before calling us to check all was as expected and we are extremely happy with the finished job they had gone above and beyond to make it look just right.
The corner top is in one piece, the breakfast bar/worktop are seamless also the new sink blends in well.

Measured up on site for quartz worktops, taking into account all our detailed requirements. I was a bit apprehensive when I asked for a plan to accompany the quote and only received a photo of a rough sketch with odd figures here and there. However my builders had recommended them and they were correct. Voksi and his mate turned up on the right day and everything was exactly as it should be and the result is excellent.

I can’t recommend Stone4Life enough. They’re an incredible team. I am absolutely delighted with my quartz worktop and can honestly say that it’s been the best experience of renovating my entire house. An amazing company with beautiful products. I would highly recommend Stone4Life. Such lovely, professional people. Amazing.

Very friendly and professional.

I've just had my 8th piece of granite from these guys. Every piece has been extremely precisely cut and polished. This accuracy was useful as several pieces were used to make a granite liner for a fireplace and it fitted perfectly.

All the straight lines were nicely and consistently edged. Fiddly cut-outs and a curve were delivered exactly per the template.
