Always a pleasure coming here. Andy Short was very patient with us and explained all the options to us. Got a very good deal on our sofas. The actual process of ordering and arranging finance was extremely simple. I'm sure we'll be back to Stokers when we need more furniture

I rang Stokers of Chester inquiring about a sofa. I spoke to Julie Williams who helped me. She was very knowledgeable about the product and went over and above to see that my requirements were met. I ordered the sofa straight away. She has subsequently contacted me with updates on my order.

Karl offered us good advice and helped us make the right choice for our needs. Very friendly and professional.

We wanted a new sofa and chair, Steve was super helpful and patient. We found the ideal one. Great price and the quality is superb. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for furniture.

Went to Stokers in Southport to look for a new bed and mattress. There is a good range to try and the staff member we dealt with, Carl Sixsmith, was very helpful. He approached us soon after we arrived and answered our initial questions and then left us alone whilst we tried the mattresses etc, other than if we approached him. Once we'd chosen a bed and mattress, he made us aware of the different options available to us (colours etc) and was very patient whilst we went through that. Stokers were also around £2,000 cheaper than Bensons! At no time did we feel pressured or pestered into making a purchase.

We have dealt with Stokers in Chester over several years and have always been impressed with the quality of the products, pricing and staff.
We’ve just ordered a leather 3-piece suite so can’t comment on these items or delivery, but Mark Cain has been an excellent member of staff to deal with - knowledgeable, courteous, welcoming and always helpful and never ‘pushy’. Other staff (Andy?) have also been easy to deal with. Would recommend.

When we visited Stokers in Southport today it was a very good experience, no trouble for the staff no hassle to buy just pure help all the way and thanks to Chris Sixsmith for all his help we actually bought what we went for and didn’t leave disappointed, we will definitely be shopping at Stokers again and will recommend to family and friends thank you once again.

For the third time this year we've been to Stokers and always been impressed with the service. We've bought and armchair, two beds and latterly a three piece suite. Staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. They know the products that they sell and advice is always spot on.
Mike Williams is a star and there's never any pressure.

We visited stokers of Chester as we wanted to renew our three piece suite. We looked round this rather grand store and saw several suites. We called the sales person over he introduced himself as Martin Cain who helped us with measurements and materials and we settled on one suite altogether it was a good experience thanks to Mark.

After my elderly parents had to fight for 6 months to get a faulty sofa replaced, the replacement, 2 years later, has started to collapse and is really uncomfortable. The whole experience has been shockingly bad and in their 60 years of buying furniture this has been the worst service and worst product they’ve ever had. They’ve now emailed Stokers for a refund as they want nothing to do with them so an update will be posted once a response is received. Based on previous experience we’re not expecting much help from them.

Julie Williams was extemely attentive. She listened carefully to all my requirements and showed excellent knowledge of the products that she was selling. She asked appropriate questions to find out exactly what I needed and presented me with suitable options to choose from. She was polite, informative and so extremely helpful that I feel that I have been able to make the best informed decisions, thanks to Julie’s knowledge and expertise. Both my son and myself came away feeling that we had had a very happy experience and I am looking forward to feeling comfortable in my new chairs. Thank you, Julie.

Recently bought 2 beds from Stokers. Really happy with the service I received. Had the pleasure of being served by Peter T from the Chester store, who listened intently to my requirements and ensured I got the best price possible. I was moving into the area and lead time on the furniture was important to me, so Peter instructed me on the products that would likely have the shortest lead time.
Really good service, and will certainly go back to Stoker's.

We have bought many items from here over the years and indeed the choice and quality has always been excellent.
Unfortunately our latest purchase,which we are still awaiting delivery of has proven that their customer care experience has taken a back seat and we are somewhat disappointed with the responses that we have been receiving . They no longer appear to go that extra mile to ensure that their customers have a positive after sales service . Maybe senior management need to take a fresh look at how their sales people can do better.

We visited the Southport store of Stokers and were really impressed with the quality of the furniture. Carl Sixsmith gave us excellent advice buying a bed.
Carl was very informative and knowledgeable. His advice helped us make the right decision.
Altogether a very pleasant experience and will have no hesitation in returning for future furniture buys.
