Visited Chester store in May. Big store with loads of furniture choice. Dealt with Martin. No pressure, helped us with decision making and seemlessly amended our order correctly when we got home and realised one sofa would be too big. Very easy to deal with, got everything right first time and then the sofas were even ready for delivery one month early which was brilliant. The guys who delivered them were on time, commuincated well and were very respectful of our property. The whole process from shop to delivery to our home was absolutely first class. Well done Stokers, Martin, Tom & Stuart, and thank you. We were amazed how good it was.

Upon being recommended this store by my mum who has just ordered her new sofa from here, we went in today to have a browse. The store is huge, spacious and has such a vast range of sofas to choose from. Mark Cain was assigned by the female manager to help us, and he was so lovely, down to earth and did not pressure us into a sale at all. We decided to take the leap and buy a beautiful corner sofa and Mark was super helpful. Highly recommended.

Jennifer Bedworth sales person was very helpful,knowledgable polite and helpful .I would highly rate jenny as salesperson who is an asset to your company.Service was excellent not pushy and order went through easy

Went to just see some sofas mark cain come over we explained what I was looking for he pointed out a few he left us to look no pressure then when we found what we liked he was more than helpful and because of that i brought a sofa of him couldn't wish for such a stress free experience thank you mark cain

First visit to stokers and was very impressed with the amount of the choice of sofas and furniture that were available to view.
Spent some time having a look around, me and my husband found a sofa that we were both was looking for.
The service was good from Andy, he was not pushy in anyway but then from our chat, he has lots of experience, so that was appreciated. Happy with outcome, look forward to receiving sofa on time as this was also a factor in our purchase.

We had visited the store last week and were impressed with the wide choice and helpfulness of Martin. We visited other stores but returned to purchase our sofa’s this week. Martin was very patient explaining the various materials and colour choices in the sofas that we had chosen. He really guided us through the process and explained how to care for our purchases. We would recommend Martin and his colleagues at Stokers to our friends. We are looking forward to our purchases being delivered. Excellent customer service.

Salespeople are friendly & most importantly do not put pressure on customers to hurry & buy. This was particularly true of Martin .

Andy was very helpful and was very knowledgeable. Informative, and not pushy. We placed an order and look forward to Stokers keeping us up to date with the progress of our order.

Always been looked after at stokers,
excellent after sales, Andrew was really helpful and left us to decide. We were also able to order new seat cushion covers for our other settee which was great.

I cannot praise Stokes highly enough, every part of there service has been excellent, we had expected Stokes to be more expensive but the bed we purchased was very competitively priced. From the salesman Peter Thackery who was very helpful without being pushy and completed all the paperwork without any fuss. We were kept up to date through the order process about delivery, our bed arrived exactly when they said it would, the two delivery men were polite and just got on with the job with minimum disturbance.
Very impressed with the company and would defiantly use them again.

Went to Stokers, Chester through my neighbours recommendation and wow the shop was much bigger than I had envisaged, what an enormous amount of furniture. The staff leave you to look around and sit on the sofa’s and do not bother you which is great. After selecting the sofa I wanted Martin the sales guy was very good in explaining everything to me. All in all I give this store & Martin 5 stars.
ps whilst I was there I saw a picture that caught my eye and just had to have it and I included that with my purchase

Visited their Southport showroom. Very impressed by the standard and layout of the showroom. The choice of suites was excellent. Andrew Cleverley one of their sales staff came to our assistance and patiently helped us decide on the best option for us and was extremely professional in dealing with the whole sales experience. Looking forward to receiving our new suite and finalising the purchase with Andrew.

We came into the shop in Chester and Martin asked if he could help, he showed us where to find what we might like. We then left to see what else was available in other shops . We returned and ordered as he was helpful but not pushy!

Visiting Stokers is always a pleasure. After a leisurely walk around there is always a helpful person to ask about the extensive range of high quality furniture. You do not feel under any pressure at all which is rare and one reason why Stokers is my first choice when needing items for the house. Last week we were assisted by Mark Cain who spent time giving us valuable advice and information which helped us decide He made the experience enjoyable and we now feel confident we made the right choice.

I visited the Chester store to purchase a sofa. The store is very large with lots of choice. Lizzy was so friendly and helpful, she really understood what I was looking for and had a great eye for interior design. I found my perfect sofa and accent chair. Lizzy was very knowledgable about the different fillings and on how to care for the fabrics. It was a great experience all round and I really would recommend Stokers Furniture store at Chester,

We ordered the Maria 3 seater and snuggler chair in a bespoke fabric. We were so impressed by the quality and design so have ordered the foot stool as well. Scott Dupree was extremely helpful (and patient) throughout the whole process and could not recommend enough, the ordering was also very simple and efficient! Thank you :)
