Excellent company. I needed to have Sheriffs officers appointed to collect a payment order & they were very efficient . Staff kept me informed throughout the case & now I have been paid in full. Thank you .

Most unhelpful staff and company ever. Lie constantly. Talk to you as if they are better than you. Not one staff member has been pleasant to deal with on the phone or email. Lie to you, do nothing to help. NEVER replay in the time scale they set so make things worse for you and do not apologise just make you out as a lier. They need to be trained in people skills and learn people need help or advise. If you’re looking to be treated nastily made to bring your mental health down to the lowest. Then these are the people to deal with.

Stirling Park haven stolen money from a critically ill person. Indeed lying in hospital with a clot traveling toward their heart. Yet even with this Sword of Damocles hanging over their head, Stirling Park had no qualms about partnering with the moribund persons bank to steal money owed by another party.

Is there no depth to which these low-grade humans will not stoop?

I received a letter in February saying I owed £672. I called them and spoke to a woman (horrible human being) and paid £272 and advised I'd pay the remainder of £400 end of March.

I received a letter on 25th of March for the £400, so I paid this on 27th as I'd said I would.

Today a letter arrived advising that North Ayrshire Council (who are in on this scam they have going with Scamming Park) have contacted my employer for £400 +£72 for some ridiculous charge, even though I'd paid this on 27th as I stated I would to the horror from Scamming Park on the phone.

I've given this shower of scamsters 1* because I had to give them something.

Hang your heads in shame NAC and Scamming Park! You're an absolute disgrace!

Biggest scamming merchants out there!! When you call them when they shouldn't be contacting you as there is nothing to pursue they just keep repeating themselves as they must read of a script.
Awful company who are not interested that they shouldn't be contacting you, all they want is to get money off people!!
Agents are rude and don't let you speak and most times you get a young boy about 16 years!! They haven't resolved the issue at their side from 3.5 years ago and decided to contact me 8 months down the line from last contact!! Very unprofessional company out there with a really bad reputation and they don't even care

SP trying to claim a debt from a property which I rented to their client NAC form 10 years ago, never seen this just appeared, all letters have no name only an address but are trying to make me liable, they refuse to provide correct data, only redacted version, comments made by staff are truly disgusting, they cannot provide the original letters which is breach of DATA, ICO and Ombudsman now involved, beware of this company, nothing more than extortion, always ask them to provide proof, they cant, waste of tax payers money and the service, emails will follow

Disgusting company with heartless individuals working for them. Absolute scum. They need training on how to deal with customers who have special needs, absolutely diabolical service.

Disgusting company, had an arrangement in place, they broke this arrangement and sent soemone to my door and now the parking fine i was paying doubled. They are scum, rotting people that dont care, they bully you and try to arrest your wages. I offered to make a payment to stop this, they refused it and demended it in full. How do these people sleep.

3 hours on hold on a phone to talk to someone....would have been quicker to call the Glastonbury ticket line.

An absolute shambles of a company.made a payment plan and all was going well then out of the blue they wanted More .there nothing but vile bully that will belittle people and they do not care if you can't afford to make payments they would rather see you struggle that try to help anyone .the council are just as bad for using them to recover debt .

Real shame for the one decent guy working there as a visiting officer.
Staffed by incompetents who will happily lie about records being updated and not actioning corrective notices that have been in their intray for a week, leading to an additional charge through their fault and leading an officer of the court to be sending an incorrectly addressed notice.
They are in for a really nasty shock that I am completely serious for charging them for their incompetence.

Unprofessional and intimidating.
2 men turned up at my front door, in the morning, asking for a man, not me. I told them that's not me and then the trouble started.
Refused to leave and check with the actual owner of this rented flat or the agency or call on a police officer to confirm I wasn't the man they were looking for.
I wasn't telling them my name.
However the second I said I was calling the Police they got in their car and drove off.
I still had no idea who they were they never told me who they worked for.
I phoned the police to report 2 strange men at my door. 20 minute wait and I gave up and went for a shower.
I leave my house, th8s 8s about 45 minutes later, and who is sitting at the road end, I stay in a cul-de-sac.
Yes these two strange men.
Long story very short, we, myself and the two strange men ended up at the police because my nerves and paranoia are off the scale.
The police back them up, I've over reacted and I am threatened with arrest for breach of the peace.
Now trying to get Stirling Park to officially say they work for them so I can lodge a comprehensive official complaint.
At no time during this disturbing situation did 5hey say to me or anyone around me, we work for Stirling Park.
Unprofessional intimidating, incompetent, rude, argumentative and I am still not the man they are looking for !

Total shambles! After having a payment plan in place with last payment in March. They now got back in touch in June for further £740 owed even tho the balance should have been cleared . Twice we requested a breakdown and twice for some reason this hasn’t been done. Now weeks later they landed us with another £100 fine . They answer to no providing the breakdown is to pay the full amount now and if later we find out we didn’t owe this amount they will refund the money by check!! Absolutely disgraceful service and their customer service is a lot to ask for. Rude and unprofessional !

Absolute disgrace of a company. Apparently went down a bus lane in Glasgow and ended up with sheriff officers at my door and harassing my neighbours for information of where i worked etc…… THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!!!!!!! TOTALLY gob smacked. Couldn’t pay full amount and wouldn’t accept less than £30 per month and threatened with more legal action. Advised Stirling Park will have to not pay another bill to allow me to pay this one putting me in further debt they couldn’t care less. SCUM
