I have a very picky cat
I have a very picky cat who usually has to examine every little thing about what I buy for her. I bought the bed and hoped she would like it and as soon as I unpacked it and put it on the floor she jumped in and went to sleep not even a walk around it first. I was shocked. Now I can get rid of all the other beds and blankets she ignores. I thought it a fluke until this morning when I saw her sleeping in it and not on the couch like always. Well worth the money.

It fits them just right!
My cats took right to the bed, especially Stormy. He has spent hours in it. Pepper loves it too when he can get a turn. It fits them right exactly in it's circle.I haven't seen them kneading on it yet, though. Are they supposed to like that?

We'd like to clarify the delivery timeline for those reading this review. According to our records, your order was shipped on July 27 and delivered on August 7, which was 11 days from shipment to delivery, rather than two weeks.
As for the baskets themselves, cats can react very differently to new products. Some cats jump right in, while others may need more time to become comfortable with a new bed or unfamiliar object. We understand, however, that every cat is different and that this experience wasn't what you were hoping for.

STIMULICAT IS A GROUP OF THIEVES
This is the absolute worse company to attempt to deal with. Ordered 3 beds and paid for shipping insurance. The delivery company stimulicat chose to use did not deliver the package and instead of making it right snd shipping new beds or refunding the order the company continues to pass the buck and do nothing but say they are reaching out to the courier. NEWS FLASH I DIDNT ORDER FROM THE COURIER. Stimulicat chose how they got the product delivered and now they refuse to honor the sale, the insurance or hold anyone accountable. THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES.

We understand your frustration with the delivery issue, and we're sorry this situation has been so frustrating. However, we'd like to clarify what happened for those reading this review.
Once an order is handed over to the courier, the delivery itself is handled by the carrier, and unfortunately, failed deliveries can sometimes occur despite our efforts. That said, we did not simply leave you without a resolution. Our team assisted both you and your wife throughout the process and continued communicating with you while working with the courier.
Most importantly, as a gesture of goodwill and because we wanted to make sure you received your order, we sent another three Instinct Baskets at our own expense, even though the original shipment had already incurred costs on our end. We chose to do this because we value our customers and wanted to make things right for you.
We understand that the failed delivery was frustrating, but we hope this clarifies that our team did take action and went beyond simply referring you back to the courier.

Bitsy's Cuddle Basket
My cat, Bitsy, loves her Instinct Basket. It is her go-to for naps or simply watching the birds and squirrels near a sunny window through half-open eyes. The Basket has ample proportions; Bitsy can stretch out, but the sides support her, and she is totally relaxed.
I must say the Basket is extremely well-made, and it must smell nice, or Bitsy would not be using it.
I hope she will use it for her claws, but because she has been trained not to claw anything except her box with the clawing board that may take a while. I'm sure it will be a comfortable remedy for trimming those claws.

Slowest delivery ever....especially considering how quickly they take your money. Had I any knowledge that it was made in and shipped from China, I would NEVER have bothered ordering it at all. The whole "artificial sisal" smell that's off putting to cats.....when you're making a product in the world's capital of "producing crap" is conveniently omitted in their advertising.

In response to Stimulcats response, I think it should be illegal to be able to market your products in North America, yet not have a return facility in America, but the Netherlands.
I shouldn't have to pay more to return a product, than the actual purchase price. You're ripping off consumers under this policy & until I receive a full refund, I will continue to write negative reviews.

Our 2 Somali cats have been enjoying their new bed, they both like playing with the built in tail ball too!! Our Jeremy is only 7 pounds & our Joey is 14 pounds & the small size is perfect for each one to curl up in!! Ordering was very easy & delivery was quick!! The bed is very well made & the color is true to the pictures.

Upon opening the basket, Cooper my 5 year old immediately started scratching the inside of this item and then laid down inside. This is all within the first five minutes of removing the item from the packaging clearly, the advertisement of the product is perfect!

Disappointed that What was Promoted didn't Occur with my Cats
The promise and expectation that my cats would leap into these beds and make them their own has not happened. They couldn't care less about these beds. I put them in them, one sniffed around and then climbed out and neither one has been in them since. I feel a bit duped because I believe this is the second time buying these based on the advertisements online, about how they'll use these to sharpen their nails and so forth, and it just isn't the case.
The beds are cute with little ears and a tail, but I would not buy them again because my cats don't do what the promotions and ads share, and I feel like I wasted a lot of money because these are expensive for a pet bed.

Overpriced rope basket $48.00 to Return! Beware
Overpriced rope basket with a cheap thin pillow inside. We are returning this item. Ordered from the site to find out that when you want to return the we need to ship this to the Netherlands cost is $48.00 to return this item with no guarantee that they will refund if it even arrives to them! No where does the site say that there are no US state side return address after showing a Delaware company address! Straight from China after being shipped from someone's house in Hialeah, Florida! Another ripoff from a Chinese shadow company shipping junk to the US. Oh, they sell the same junk on Amazon for 1/3 of the price with free returns stateside.

Purrfect bed.
The bed is well made. The cushion is very soft. The sisel around the bed is sturdy. My fussy girl sniffed it for several minutes then walked in and plopped down. She loves playing with attached rope ball. She uses it several hours a day. If she’s happy I’m happy.
