Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review following your recent order with Stickers International.

Following your conversation with our Customer Department Controller, we would like to respond to the points you raised.

We are sorry to hear that, having reflected on your order, you remain disappointed with the pricing.

As discussed, our pricing is based on each variation of a product being treated as a separate design for production purposes. Whilst the crest itself remained the same, each variation in material, size, or shape required its own production setup. As a result, each variation was subject to our minimum order charge. We appreciate that you may view this differently; however, this pricing structure is applied consistently across all orders.

With regard to the £45 artwork charge, the image originally supplied was not suitable for production and required a member of our artwork team to recreate it as print-ready artwork. It was not simply scanned or converted, and the artwork charge reflected the time and skill required to produce a file suitable for manufacture.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a 10% discount during the telephone conversation in an effort to resolve your concerns. We understand that you chose not to accept this offer.

Regarding the artwork itself, we have attached the style cards again, which show the finished design together with the cut lines for the stickers. These were supplied as part of your order. However, we do not provide our internal production or print-ready artwork files, as these are created solely for use within our manufacturing process and remain our intellectual property.

Finally, we would like to reassure you that the artwork charge, product pricing, and delivery costs were all discussed and agreed before your order was placed. There were therefore no unexpected charges added after the fact.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. Whilst we are unable to offer any further refund beyond the 10% goodwill discount already offered, we do appreciate your comments and will ensure they are passed on internally.

Having investigated your order, we can confirm that it was produced exactly as requested when you placed your order online. Throughout the ordering process, there are several stages where you are given the opportunity to review and approve your design, including the size and artwork, before the order is submitted for production.

As the design was approved during this process, we manufactured your stickers according to the artwork and specifications provided with your order.

We understand that ordering custom products online can sometimes lead to genuine mistakes, and we appreciate how frustrating it can be when the finished product isn't the size you were expecting. However, we receive hundreds of orders through our website every day, and all product sizes are clearly displayed and entered in millimetres (mm) throughout the ordering process to help customers select the correct size before placing their order.

Although we are unable to replace the order free of charge in these circumstances, as a gesture of goodwill we would be happy to offer you a discount on a replacement order in the correct size. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please contact our Customer Service Department, and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you.
