Difficult to exchange

Store location and opening times
It should be made clear where the item is going to be sent, with opening times for that particular store. We went to collect the items, we had to drive over 30mins one way only to find out that the store is closed.

Too expensive
Postage was quick so no issue there but far too expensive for children's uniform. Close to £70 for one blazer and one pair of shorts.

Multiple factors are taken into consideration when delivering a pricing structure, including the composition of garments and cost of production, alongside ensuring that we meet the individual requirements of the school for their desired aesthetic. All these points contribute to the sale cost of an item, and we are sorry to hear that you find our current pricing to be unreasonable.
All our products are regularly price reviewed by both Account Managers and schools, and we are always working to deliver cost-effective products where feasible.
