Great level of service.
I bought M8 stainless rope hooks for a trailer rebuild. On arrival I couldn't find nuts to fit (M8X1.5 thread). I rang Steel Gear and they said nuts were included in the pack and were surprised I hadn't received them but offered to send a replacement pack. I didn't need them as i found that the original pack had fallen from the parcel on unpacking. Will be using Steel Gear again.
